Very friendly staff, did not take long at all to get bus to the airport, but a longer wait then we expected for the bus to pick us up from airport when we flew home.

Have used them twice now and would not go anywhere else. Very friendly and efficient staff (even in the middle of the night!). Not too difficult to find and you just leave your car in their main car park, hand your keys in (they park it later in the secure park) and within 2 minutes you are on the transfer bus to Gatwick. Pick up on return was just as quick. No hanging about (like some other companies I have used before) and we were on our way home with minimum fuss, a big bonus after a 6 hour flight! First class company and highly recommended.

Excellent value for money, straight forward directions to site, couldnt fault service at all. Friendly staff which made a great start and end to our two small childrens first holiday abroad. Thank you !!

The staff were friendly and the car park was fine. It was a LONG way from the airport and on return to UK we waited ages for the coach as they were busy, meaning we got home excessively late. I would find somewhere closer to the airport next time, as it spoilt the end of out holiday somewhat.

The staff were friendly, there was no hanging around. I felt happy that my car was safe and would be looked after. Definitely a good service and good value for money.

I have used this firm on a couple of occasions. Smooth transfers and no waiting about, which you do not want after visiting a warm country and you come back to Britain in the Winter.

At both ends of our holiday the Cophall Farm 'on demand' transport was ready and waiting to take us to the airport/back to our car. We particularly appreciated this when we returned to the UK on a very cold day and we didn't have to hang around at the bus-stop. Furthermore, whne we picked our car up they already had the engine running so it was nice and warm and the windows were cleared of frost which meant we could get straight on our way. Great service all round.

Price a little high considering how far from the airport terminal. Think I'll pay the extra pound or two for on airport parking next time.

Our first time with Cophall and would recommend it to anyone. No problems getting there, minibus ready waiting to take us to airport with a cheerful driver and the same when we returned from holiday.

The staff, facilities, transfers each way and the amount of money charged was excellent. I will definitely be using Copthall Farm Parking service again, particularly when trying to use public transport for Gatwick airport when you live in Kent, it is not a practical option.

Have only used this service once but the impression is a good one with courteous and efficient service at both drop-off and on return.

I have used this facility several times. The wait for a transfer to the airport is minimal; the wait on the return leg can be 20 mins. And this time one of the car park staff had managed to open the front passenger window fully and somehow soak the seat with water. Profuse apologies but no explanation from the car park manager.

The biggest dissapointment for me was the state of the transfer minibus, including a broken seat belt.

We have used Cophall Farm Parking on several occasions when flying from Gatwick. This is not a deluxe service but it is absolutely satisfactory in most respects as long as you allow plenty of time to get there and for the shuttle transfer to the airport. At peak traffic times there can be hold ups in the area. We had to wait some 20 minutes for the pick up on return, which could be uncomfortable on a very cold winters morning.

Drove to the car park and was unloaded and on the minibus to the airport within 5 minutes, the drive took 15 minutes and the driver was very friendly. On the way back phoned the number I was given and the minibus collected us within 15 minutes, It was just us on the way back which was ammusing as others who had used other airport parking crammed into packed buses for their carparks and probably paid much more for the pleasure! Back at the carpark the car was waiting and our bags where unloaded. I initially was concerned about the distance from the airport when I was deciding where to park, but I am glade I gave it a try and I will be using this place every time I fly from now on.

cophall farm parking is a great place to leave your car while you enjoy your holiday. Its easy to find and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Good value for money and only a short journey to the airport via mini bus. will use cophall farm parking again on our next holiday.

Will be flying from Gatwick more often in the years to come and will be using Cophall without question. Value for money is key for me and Cophall will therefore be my service provider of choice.

It was the first time we used Cophall Farm and would most certainly use again. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we had no problems going to and fro to the airport, thumbs up!!

Despite arriving in the early hours of the morning the staff were very helpful, courteous and efficient. There were no delays and when we returned we did not have to wait too long for the bus that would return us to the car park. All in all an excellent service.
