I arrived and left the car to be put on the coach almost straight away and was whisked to the airport in good time - excellent service. On return I waited over 12 minutes in the freezing cold which was not quite so good, but at all times staff were polite and friendly.

All the details regarding where to find Cophall were clear and precise. Staff were excellent and helpfull to the extreme.We will most certainly be using them again.

Always a sceptic when it comes to these things but i have to say i was impressed by the fluid efficiency of the Cophall Farm team. Thankyou all

We arrived around 6.30am and within 10mins we had checked the car in and were on the minibus to the airport. When we arrived back we called for our pick up and within 15 mins we were collected. The weather was -2 and we were dreading standing there de-icing the car, but on arrival at Cophall Farm our car was running and the heaters were on and we just jumped in and drove home! We were very impressed with the service and we will definately be using Cophall Farm Parking again. Thankyou!

It's always a bit of a wait for the return journey but I suppose that's inevitable unless you have minibuses based a the airport too.

Arrived early due to nil traffic on the roads - no problem, a warm welcome. Arrived back after quite a delay - no problem, another warm welcome (home). Bus there when we expected it, driver friendly - congrats.

As we arrived in the dark it was not that easy to find at all. Leaving and trying to find our way out in the dark to the motorway was also a little difficult.

Quick efficinet service to and from gatwick. Hassle free - just what the traveller wants these days

Not as far out as you might think, but follow the directions sent with the booking. Quick and easy transfer to the airport. Helpful advice on avoiding the traffic for our journey home. All in all a pleasurable experience.

having used many of the parking sites around gatwick copalfarm was as good as you can get for a lot less money than some.perhaps someday we can say the same about the airport,after waiting an hour for our baggage to turn up on arrival back. but the use of small buses made our wait for transfer to copel a matter of minutes. thank you

the coach transfer arrived on time even though we had been delayed for five hours abroad, hassle free,enabling a speedy departure to get home.

every thing was made so easy for us we just parked the car got on the bus and went and when we came back the bus was already on its way to pick us up would recommend and already have excellent service thanks

My only concern was that the nearside rear carpet and rear seat were damp.This may be due to the rear window being slightly open when the car was washed.This has not occured since.

We had a very early flight and on arrival at Cophall Farm the minibus was ready and took us to the airport immediately. The return journey was equally efficient, just a phone call to them when our luggage arrived and the minibus was there within ten minutes. I would certainly recommend this company and will use them again myself.

The directions to Cophall were spot on, we were met by someone who was friendly and dealt with us quickly. We were handed a card with a number to call on our return and shown to a waiting bus. On our return we called the number given to us as we waited for our bags and as soon as we arrived at the bus stop, the bus arrived. Fantastic experience.

Directions given to Cophall Farm were clear and easy to follow, even for a woman driver travelling alone! There was only myself and one other person on the minibus and it was a much pleasanter experience than the usual packed bus used by other airport parking services. The drivers were friendly and offered directions to avoid a traffic delay on the way back.

Having used other parking facilities for parking at Gatwick Airport previously, I was most impressed by the professional and courteous nature of all staff (reception & drivers). We were dropped off at the airport almost immediately after we arrived at Cophall Farm and on return our pick-up similarly speedy. Great service and value for money, I would definitely recommend Cophall Farm to others and will certainly book again for future trips.

When we arrived the staff were very helpful and friendly, the mini bus that took us to and from the airport was on time and relaxing just what we needed after being delayed at a Spainish airport for 5 hours, and when we got back to pick our car up it was all ready for us straight away with no hassle. A very good service 5 stars.

Price was reasonable, very helpful staff and quick transfers to and from Gatwick, everything well organised. A bit dificult to find, especially at midnight when the sat nav packs up just as we get in the area! Would definately use again.
