This is the second time we have used CFP, the service is good and friendly, the procedure is straightforward to follow, CFP deliver and collect as they say they will. I also like it because it is much quieter at CF than at the airport(!) and so less stressful.

No real issues, the service was 1st rate and you get exactlly what is says on the tin. easy enougth to find, prompt airport transfers, and the price was right.

Having parked at reception we were quickly put on the transfer mini bus, which, was great. On return though, at 5.30am Saturday morning we got into the car, which, was parked in the welcome car park only to find the battery was flat and the security on the car was locked (immobiliser was stuck on) having called AA and the engineer spending 2 hours stripping the car apart he came to the conclusion it had been jump started, possibly with the possitive and negative on the wrong side and the result was that the main brain of the car had been blown. after stripping this out and replacing several fuses we managed to get going, only then to find half a tank of fuel missing! We were offered coffee as the coffee machine was broken! All in all a bad experience so will not be using again.

Quite a tricky place to find initially, but no complaints with service and efficiency. Car stored securely and easy to find on return. Had to wait a while at airport for pick up and were then expected to wait for passengers who had not phoned for pick up, which after an all night flight with a 3 hour drive ahead was not appreciated. Fortunately the driver did not wait more than 10 mins, but it did raise stress levels when tired.

The directions to the site were good. On arrival we were dealt with quickly and efficiently. We were provided with clear details on what to do once we arrived back in the UK. The transfer service was good and punctual. I would recommend using Cophall Farm Parking to friends and family.

At 4am in the morning all I wanted was no hassle, a quick transfer to the airport and someone to look after my car. Cophall Farm Parking delivered

On arriving to site the staff were helpful on friendly. Unfortunatly this was not the case when returning back to pick up the car. The driver rudely informed us that coffees were not allowed on the mini bus, and there was no information given to us regarding the road works near to the car parking site which made our initial journey back very painful.

Hassle free start to my holiday.The whole process was easy from start to finish including booking online. All the staff including the minibus drivers were friendly and helpful and i will most certainly use them again if flying out of Gatwick.

A sound service, friendly staff, collection from the airport could improve - the transit only sets out after you phone, so will always be a 20 minute delay.

Great experience, drop off the car, driven straight to the airport entrance, picked up with no hassle, friendly staff and car was ready when got back. So easy I cant imagine parking on site again...

Bus was there to take me straight away, although I was the only passenger this was not a problem. Got through on the phone straight away and the bus was waiting for me before I even got there. Friendly helpful staff. 10min tranfers. Fantastic service, wouldnt bother looking anywhere else...especially for the price.

welcomed on arrival by freindly staff. dealt with promptly with no waiting for transfer. on return transfer bus was wairing for us so no waiting and car ready to drive away EXCELLENT most certainly use again

Efficient staff at check in. Collection coach driver very quick to pick us up and extremely helpful regarding avoidance of the roadworks to get back to Norwich without delay. First class service - would recommend to others.

We found all the staff to be friendly, helpfull, and gave us tips about the best way to travel. Both the drivers on the outward and incoming journey went out of their way to make sure we were properly served and advised.

Good value for money, and friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, I was unhappy with the directions given. I took the route from M25 clockwise and was told to take the A22 and then turn right after 5 miles. The road I needed was actually 7 miles down the A22 causing me to worry that I had missed the turning and was about to turn around when I found the right road, only to find it was closed completely for re-surfacing!! Obviously not the fault of the company but still a complete disaster. The diversion took me another 3 or 4 miles south then onto the heavily congested A264. I eventually arrived at the farm almost 30 mins after passing the road I had originally planned to go down(I believe it was the B2028). I chucked my keys to reception and they processed me V.quickly and told me it was only 10 mins in the minibus to Gatwick south. However that was more like 30 mins as well. Again there were roadworks en route, and the traffic lights weren't working! But that didn't hold us up too much. I was annoyed when the driver said he knew the roadworks were there, begs the question why not take a different route, but even without that delay the transfer would take far longer than the advertised 10 mins! Nice and cheap but leave yourself plenty of time. If I'm feeling flush next time I go away I will probably just use the NCP parking!

We very much liked the small mini buses. This took the strain out of fighting our way through frantic returning holiday makers to get to the baggage compartments on the larger buses. The bus was wiating for us when we returned no hanging around after a tireson journey. The driver (a women which was nice to see) was very friendly and also informed us about the overnight accommodation, which we certainly will use in the future. Overall we were very satisfied with all aspects of the company.

Very friendly and transferred immediately to terminal and picked up within 10 minutes of reaching pick-up point upon return.

This was the first time I've used such an arrangement, and I would use it again. It generally met my expectations. The only slightly negative experience was that the interior of my car seemed to be significantly more dusty than when I left it there.
