Using Cophall Farm was no problem at all. The directions on the confirmation form were concise and easy to follow. On arrival, it did not take long for us to hand the car keys over and were on our way as the mini bus was already waiting for us and one other couple. On return back to the UK, could not have been simpler, we called once we had received our luggage and the mini bus was waiting for us when we got out of the terminal.

Everything was most efficiently done. Absolutely no complaints, very good service, which I would recommend to all.

The staff were very efficient and friendly and the transfers went very smoothly. We also found them to be the cheapest which is always a very good incentive! If you are going to park your car anywhere Gatwick then this is the place to go. Well done to you all at Cophall Farm.

The service was second to none and may I say how refreshing that is of a British company these days. On arrival we were given assistance imediatly by the mini van driver with our (4) cases. The facilities looked clean and secure. The ladies on the desk were friendly and efficient. The transfer was pleasent and we were genuinly wished a pleasent holiday. And to cap it all this was one of the cheapest offers around - and lets face it that's how most of us make a selectiom of this sort. well dome Cophil Farm.

We were checked in immediately and on our way in the minbus within 5 minutes. On our return the minibus was waiting as we exited the airport and as we arrived at the car we were again on our way in 5 minutes. A no fuss, fast reliable service, which is just what you want when you have a flight to catch!

The drivers were very friendly and welcoming on both onward and inward journeys. Coaches were ready within minutes so there was no waiting around. Would definately use you again. Many thanks.

This is a well-run, efficient operation with no waiting around, easy access, good communications and helpful staff. The price seams reasonable and I would use this service again and am happy to recommend to others.

I would reccommend that anybody flying from Gatwick should use this company to take care of your car.

A fairly small place tucked a bit out of the way but easily found with the directions provided. Not the closest to the airport so had to wait a short while for a pick up on the return journey. Staff all very pleasant and helpful, would certainly use again, especially considering the price paid.

Possibly the best airport parking service we have used.No problems going out or coming in..Prompt transfers,helpful drivers etc. Will definitely use the again.

Location was ideal and upon check in we were swiftly dealt with and informed which bus we would be on. Transfers were quick and drivers courteous. Excellent value for money and would not hesitate to use this car park facility again. (Please put the heaters on in the bus at 5.00am!

We rang for the return coach when we came through customs and the coach arrived at the bus stop before us. We were the only 2 passengers and didn't have to wait for the coach to fill up before we were taken back to our car.

This was the first time i had used this form of parking while going away on a holiday. I was pleasantly suprised by how the service worked. The mini bus driver was helpful and took us straight to the terminal and this was the exact place they picked us up from on the return journey. On the return we rang the number from the card given and once we had collected our luggage we went to the pick up point. We never had to wait at all and with in 10 mins of being picked up we were in our car going home. This service was cheaper than airport parking and would deffinately use it again. Its a well established company with helpful staff.

Staff very helpful and friendly, from desk to drivers. Transport to the airport was immediate, no waiting. On the return from holiday, a quick phone call and transport was at the airport in what seemed a very short time. Driver advised us of roadworks and how to avoid them when leaving Cophall Farm. Certainly would use again and recommend to anyone. Thanks to everybody.

We travelled down early morning found car park easy staff were really helpfull on arriving before our holiday and also on leaving after our holiday. We will definitly use again so relaxing.

Straight in and then on to a waiting mini bus. Transfer is longer than some but shorter than others. On the way back the bus arrived within 5 mins and we grabbed the keys and left straight away. No complaints at all.
