Booking was simple online and the service was efficient and definitely good value for money...cheaper and more convenient than taking the train with no worries if the flight had been delayed.

When we arrived at Cophall Farm, the staff were waiting for us with all the papers ready. This took only 2 minutes and we jumped straight onto the waiting minibus, leaving the staff to actually park our car. On our return to Gatwick, we waited a very short time for the minibus and our car was waiting where we were dropped off, so no hunting around for our car. The staff were friendly and efficient and the price very reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

Eaay to get to, well organised reception, documentation ready and waiting, staff very friendly and helpful, and transfers with minimum fuss. Just as I like it after a 10 hour flight :)

This was the best price I could find and all went very smoothly found the place first time transfer was quick and easy. Made return call as cleared baggage collection and waited just 10 mins to be collected. Car was safe and sound looked like good security all round the farm no problem whatoever and will book again.

We had problems finding the car park due to local roadworks, advice would be to take a roadmap with you at present. Once found the staff were very courteous and helpful.

We received exceptionally good service. After I had acidentally left my purse in our car, a member of Cophall staff returned to the airport terminal and delivered it to me. I would have been really stuck without it! On our return, the driver who met us advised us of traffic black spots and suggested to us an alternative route. We had never used Cophall before but were extremely impressed by the care their staff showed us and are very happy to recommend them.

As hassle-free as previous meet-and-greet experiences. Minimal wait for transfers in either direction, staff were curteous and friendly, service was efficient. Excellent value for money - won't hestitate to use again or to recommend.

This was the cheapest we could find so i wasn't expecting too much but it was as good as anything else i used if not better. Very good site, clearly marked reception and speedy transfers. They made airport parking as simple as it should be.

Staff were friendly, service was quick, minibus arrived quickly after our phone call and car was ready for collection on our return. The journey going seemed to take longer than I expected but I didn't time it. Everything was very smooth although we travelled out slightly off peak (2 days before school Easter holidays started)but in the rush hour and so perhaps there were fewer customers but traffic was heavier than usual?

Despite extensive roadworks, Cophall Farm was easy to find with the directions they sent through. Transfers were exceedingly punctual - the return bus was at the collection point within 5 minutes of telephoning the freephone number.

The instructions for loacating CFP were brilliant. Transfer to the airport prompt. On our return CFP picked us up very quickly and our car was ready and waiting for us, so we didn't have to carry luggage any distance. (I found this aspect superior to other off-site carparks where you have to remember which zone, block and row your car is in) The service was very efficient and personal.

We were so pleased with Cophall Farm Parking last year that we used it again this year. Once again, a reliable, efficient and friendly service was provided, with just one minor glitch: problems operating the exit barrier.

Reliable service, quick transfer to and from airport, easy to book, pay, staff helpful. Recomend to anyone,prices are very nice too!

Reception was friendly and speedy. On return we only had to wait a few minutes as a bus was already on its way.

I would certainly use the facility again, very simple instructions to follow and with 4 small children in tow you could not ask for a better service.

I have used on and off airport parking in the past. I do reccomend on airport meet and greet. This was a "cheapie" break so did the job on this occasion!

A very good service. Far better than the scramble for buses servicing the on-airport, long stay car parks, which is very stressful, particularly if you have a lot of luggage. Cophall's service ran very well and they did what they promised. It was a simple service to use and provided a much more relaxing way to begin and end a journey than the alternatives. It was also competitively priced.

when we arrived back to the airport after our holiday the mini bus was already at pick up point we had not had time to ring but the driver did that for us and we did not have to wait for the next pick up
