This was easy to book, not hard to find and everyone was really helpful. Will definitely use Cophall again.

Clear directions to parking, swift processing at carpark, and minibus took us within 5mins of arrival. Had short wait on our return to Gatwick, but again seemless return & collection of car. No problems.

We have used numerous off-airport parking services throughout the years and would happily use this one again. There was a short queue on arrival so we just missed a transfer but even so just had to wait 10-15 mins for the next one to leave. They use minibusses so there isn't the mad scramble with 30 other people to get into the office to pick up your key on your return which was a refreshing change. Staff friendly and efficient.

I got to the parking area with little time to spare to catch my flight. Coach driver "ensured" that we did get there on time. Pick up was timely as well, did not have to wait for the coach as it was at the coach stop when I arrived. Have used Cophall farm several times and would continue to use them as they have not disappointed

Although you feel you are traveling well away from the airport into the wilderness, the transfer minibuses are ready and waiting - they only take about 8 people at a time so there's no hanging around waiting for a full coach. Same on return, freephone from the airport arrival lounge and your dedicated minibus should arrive around 10-15 minutes later. all in all its a good deal!

The booking process was easy and after having realised I made a mistake with the return date, the telephone call to amend the booking was completely painless and efficient. On our arrival back at Gatwick airport, We walked out the airport and right in front of us, the bus was there quite fortunately to collect us. On arriving at the farm, it was just a matter of hopping into our defrosted and pre-warmed car.....Just fantastic!....10 out of 10..!!

Parking staff were very good, friendly and helpful. The transfers were very punctual to and from the airport only a few minutes wait both ways. The service offered was worth every penny.

Great on arrival, transfer both ends and pick up. The only thing that I could suggest is not to park the car in a dirt car park as the car had mud splatter around all the wheel arches. Otherwise very efficient. Thank you

Our outgoing Driver was very helpful and reinterated the procedure again once we returned to Gatwick. Very strong lady too as one of the cases was heavy. Will be using Cophall again.

What can I say - it was cheap, easy to find, the people were helpful, the drop off and pick up were prompt and comfortable, the drivers were great. I'll definitely use again, in fact I would consider flying from Gatwick instead of other London airports just because they were so good.

I was slightly apprehensive of handing over the keys to my car for somebody else to park it. However, all went fine and the car was ready and waiting for us upon return. The courtesy coach drivers where very helpful and the whole process was simple and effective.

After being stuck in traffic I was running late and about to miss my flight. Staff went out of their way to help me and ensured I got to the airport on time.

On arrival to CFP, a bus was already waiting to take us onward to Gatwick.We were processed quickly with regards to handing over keys. On our return to Gatwick, we called CFP after going through cutoms by the time we got to the pick up point and taken our cases off the trolley the bus arrived. The driver was curteous and gave advice on our homeward travel. Would use again.

Checking-in quick and journey to airport within 10 mins. Return pick-up in 15 mins and car ready to go.

The whole thing was so easy. We arrived, walked into reception & everything was sorted out within minutes. After that, we were taken swiftly over to the airport terminal. The fact that the coach transfer operates as an 'On demand' service means that you don't have to worry about waiting around which is fantastic. Both the reception staff and drivers were utterly courteous and efficient. When we returned, the pick up was so straightforward: we called as instructed, as soon as we had picked up our luggage and the coach was there within minutes. I cannot imagine why anyone would ever want to park at the aiport terminal when a service such as this one exists! It was like having our own personal chauffeur! We can't rate our experience highly enough. Congratulations to Cophall Farm Parking and a big thank you from some very happy customers.
