I received excellent service from polite, friendly, helpful staff, and I will deffinitely use Cophall Farm Parking when I next fly from Gatwick

we chose cophall farm on price (what we save here means more holiday spending money) and although we haven't used any other car parks we will not in the future the service they provided was excellent. drop off and collection were quick and efficient and also the driver told us a quicker way to get back onto the m25 .would highly recommend.

Good directions and very effecient on arrival at farm. Keys and details taken and then boarded transport to airport. On our return transport was waiting outside the arrivals and quickly and safely returned us to the farm were we picked up our car before departing for home. Excellent service would highly reccommend.

Easy to find and the staff were very polite and helpful, transported you to and fro from the airport in a transit so there wasnt any waiting around for loads of people. I have parked at some of the larger and more expensive car parks in the past but the service wasnt half as good as this one. Will be using next year for sure.

In contrast with other providers, the process of parking, transfers to and from the airport and the collection of my vehicle at the end of the holiday wre trouble free. This is in marked contrast to other companies where transfers have involved lengthy delays both for transfers and car collection. Well done, keep it up.

Travelling with 3 children is always stressful but cfp made the parking and transfer very simple by being helpful and very quick with no waiting around.

good on the whole, though disappointed when returning to my car to find that a £1 coin i'd left for the dartford crossing on the way home had been taken. Kind of took the shine off really.

Easy to find location and very efficient service, no hanging around for a full coach load of people before being transferred. I would recommend to anyone.

Parking at Cophall takes away all the problems of parking at the airport as they take you directly to the door and pick you up no hassle!

directions given was first class, when we arrived very early in the morning, we were greeted with a very friendly, helpful and efficient member of staff, which i found re- assuring as you never know leaving your car in a place for the first time,the transfer to the terminal was prompt and very comfortable, the driver also went out of his way to assist in any way he could, on unloading our luggage, he wished us a safe and enjoyable holiday, which gave me peace of mind, knowing my car was in safe hands, so i could now start my holiday, when we returned to gatwick, one quick phone call ,and yes another pleasent lady i spoke to { they must work for one hell of a boss,or they put something in thier tea, they all appear to be happy in thier work, wonder if they have any vacancies there } the young lady ask my name and how many in my party,and then gave directions for pick up,some ten minutes later yet another happy chappie arrived to transported us back to the car park, where our cars were already waiting for us in front of reception, the driver then asked if anyone required maps,and then bid us a safe journey home, and he would look forward to seeing us all again in the future. so thank you to all the staff at cophall farm parking. I for one would not only use them again, but would be happy to reccommend them to anybody, THANK YOU.

very fast transfer on arrival - left within 5mins! On return had to wait about 15 mins for minibus(Fri eve) but car ready and waiting on return so on our way within 5 mins. Car had been parked securely, zero miles added to milometer - all in all would highly recommend

Parked for 15 nights. On return found our windscreen broken. When reported we noted, all around the office disclaimers. Although said they wouldlook at cameras of car on way in. We knew we would not receive anything. Window is insured so we will just pay excess. Just not a good return home from holiday.

i thought the service was more personal and friendly. the transfer to the airport was good and we were picked up very quickly from the stop. the size of the reception area made it easier with children and for transferring luggage especially at on the return.

An early morning (0500hrs) was met by cheerful and friendly staff expecting us. The transfer to the terminal was almost immediate and, despite another drop off, we were checking in soon. The return experience was as good, with the bus waiting as we exited the terminal. Very soon we we were on our way home. We'll use Cophall Farm again!

No problem with the transfers to and from the airport. very friendly driver who help us with directions for our onward journey.

The directions to Cophall Farm were excellent. On arrival we checked the car in and the transport was ready and waiting for us. On return we only waited about 10 minutes for the minibus to arrive. We collected our keys from the office and our car was all ready just outside the office. A really excellent service and value for money. I would recommend Cophall Farm to anyone travelling from Gatwick.

Cophall Farm went above the call of duty to ensure that our transfer was as quick as possible. Wish all companies had such service!

The minibusses are very basic but because they take relatively few people they set off frequently as you don't have to wait for a coach to fill. I would definitely make tis company my first choice next time.

First time we have used this service but would definitely use again. Friendly efficient staff and very easy transfers to & from the airport.
