We booked with Cophall Farm as they offered a competitive price and the facilities we wanted without being too far from the airport. Directions were spot on and in no time at all we were at the airport. They explained exactly what we needed to do when we got back so when we rang them after collecting our luggage we waited less than 10 minutes, which was fantastic considering it was the early hours and we had 2 tired children. Back at Cophall they were very prompt with the key handover and we were on our way home within minutes. I have kept their details and will be using them again.

We have arrived early in morning to catch flights and come home late at night and there is always a bus ready to go, no waiting for other passengers (maybe on return flight) if they are not ready to board. Staff always cheerful and friendly.

They were aware that we were deaf and they use text message service and they texted me back prompt.. defintley use their car parking again!!!

I would be happy to use them again, points to note are that this car park is still 10 minutes away from the airport. On the return pick up by the mini bus, which arrived quickly enough, we found the driver having to wait for people who had said that they had collected their bags and clearly had not or they just took a long time arriving. At the end of a long journey the tolerance levels are low !!!!

Check-in was very simple and staff were helpful. Bags loaded for you. Short delay until minibus had enough people but did not affect our arrival at airport. Pick up was again quite quick.

Cophall Farm Parking is highly recommended. An efficient off airport service meaning you don't have to battle terminal traffic when returning from holiday, just jump on their punctual coach and ease onto the motorway when returning to the car park. Polite professional helpful staff, and well worth the price for the piece of mind of vehicle security and convenience alone. Would definitley use again.

The car park was easy to find, the staff very friendly. On my return I caught the transfer as soon as I came out of the airport. I will certainly use them again.

Although about 10 minutes from the airport it was easy to find and staff were very cheerful at 4 am!!!

We chose this carpark because we were travelling with an elderly lady 93 years old who is very mobile but cannot carry luggage. We had exellent help to load at the car park and unload onto a trolley at the airport, both ways. We shalluse this carperk again.

staff very friendly. Trasfer to airport was good but we did have to wait a while for return journey. Didn't make use of facilities at the carpark so can't really comment.

Staff were very efficient and helpful but it took 25 minutes for the minibus to reach us on return as there were traffic jams in the area.

Even though we arrived at an early hour of the morning for the outbound journey the staff were on the ball at the desk and very efficient. The driver taking us to the terminal was very pleasant and chatty, he informed us where we were to be picked up on our return and left us in no doubt about the location, handing us an information card with a free phone number. On the return journey we were able to use a free phone available at the coach stop to ring for pick up by minibus which turned up within 5 minutes. We were never left waiting and all concerned were very helpful and the drivers were very professional, we would use them again.

Easy to find, pleasant and helpful staff. Prompt transfer service both on departure and arrival back into UK.

We had reservations about leaving our car but found it all in order on our return. The driver was a very pleasant and helpful person and a careful driver. We were picked up from the airport very quickly. We will recommend this service to our friends and we would certainly use it again.

An an excellent service from time of quote to leaving the car park after our holiday. The cheapest quote for parking. Booking confirmation & Easy to follow instructions delivered quickly after booking. Very efficient, helpful, pleasant staff with very quick transfers to & from the the airport. We received a friend welcome on arrival after following the accurate directions supplied. We were transferred to the airport as the only passengers, with minimum waiting. On return we only had to wait for ten minutes after using the free phone number. Our vehicle was waiting in the collection area safely parked. What more could we have asked for? Well done to the whole team.

the airline we were travelling with went bust ad we were told by our tour operator as soon as they knew which was less than 24hours before.when i contacted cophall as soon as i knew they said i wouldnt be refunded as it was less than 24hours notice.This was not my fault as our replacement flights were from Luton .The woman concerned was of no help to me whatsoever.I then had to find parking at Luton at the last minute and am now well out of pocket.I would have thought in a situation like this thee could have been some leway .So i would not use them again.

I recently used Cophall Farm Parking for the first. time. Staff were really friendly and helpful, even though I left and arrived back again in the middle of the night. Transport to and from the Airport was excellent, and the price extremely competetive. I was so impressed, that I've already booked to use them again in December - top marks.

from arrival, booking the car in and transfer to airport, the staff were friendly and very helpful, nothing too much trouble and the transfer driver we had had great sense of humour, all in all a great company to book with
