The check in was quick and friendly despite the unfriendly hour of the morning.Information about arrangements on our return were clear.On the return pickup the driver gave us info re a hold up on the M25. The service exceeded my expectation

I thought the service was very good, we got transfered to the airport very quickly and there was no waiting around. We were also picked up from the airport very quickly and our car was waiting for us all in good condition. Will definately use them again.

The transfer wait for pickup was about 15 minutes (not too bad).Staff were friendly and helpful, would use the service again.

We were delighted with the car park experience! Swift transfer to terminal. Arrangements for transfer back worked like clockwork with a minibus waiting for us when we came out of the terminal. Friendly drivers and staff at the car park. Cheapest rate I could find on the internet. Altogether a very positive experience.

it is slightly further out of our way, but my wife and I both agreed it was far less stressful than other methods. highly recommended.

Good directions to the car park and efficient and friendly service on arrival. In and out again in about 5 mins! Transfer to terminal took about 15 mins. Quick response on return and minimal wait for transfer minibus. Car ready for collection on return and again off on our way in less than 5 mins. All in all completely stress free experience.

I had an accident whilst away on holiday which necessitated a friend contacting you to arrange for the car to dropped off at the airport so that she could collect me and the car, you were helpful and adaptable enough to make these new arrangements - thank you.

A very efficient service. Directions to Cophall Farm were good. Staff were friendly and the wait for transfers was minimal.

on uor out going trip we were very kindly taken to the hotel we were stoppping at.. on our return our flight was delayed by 5 hours, cophall were awear of this , without any fuss, well worth the money would use again when flighing from Gatwick.

From start to finish there were no problems. Handed in keys to car and was taken into the mini bus straight away, the driver helped us load our cases. When we arrived called the company to say we were at the airport and 5 minutes later the bus was there to colect us, again very friendly service and helped with the bags. The car was waiting for us - couldn't have asked for more. A very big THANK YOU

Due to skiing accident we arrived almost two weeks late to collect our car. Car was waiting for us with tyres inflated to correct pressure. Cost of extra, unintended, parking was very reasonable.

Absolutely trouble free service with no hanging around waiting for the transfers. Will definitely use Copthall Farm again.

This was our first time on using a car parking firm and i wanted to find someone that would look after my pride and joy while we were away so after serching google i decided to go with cophall farm parking because of all the good comments that previous people had left. Well all i can say is they offer brilliant, helpfull, trustworthy,friendly,efficient and value for money service that i would deffinatly use again, Thank You.

We were greeted by a friendly receptioist at 5am and our booking was dealt with promptly and efficiently as soon as we had checked in we boarded the mini bus and then taken to Gatwick airport. On our return we telephoned after collecting our hold bags and had to wait about 5 minutes for the mini bus. Driver was friendly and reminded us to put our clocks forward when we got home. Car was ready and waiting for our collection.

Staff were really helpful. Dont let the distance from the airport put you off, they're really quick to transfer you in either direction, car is waiting for you on return, couldn't be easier. Definitely value for money.

Easy to find, Fantastic service and transfers. Staff very professional and extremely helpful. No waiting for return transfer, infact the staff told us when we called after clearing customs that a bus was outside now so if we hurried we'd get that one, which we did and it was brill. Will definatley use again and recommend to others.

coming from essex we foundit very easy to find with your instuctions very quick to terminal staff very helpfull pick up quick on return and very good value for money and would recommend our friends to you

The car park was easy to find. Check in was efficient and the transfers to and from the airport were punctual.
