we arrived at car park and were parked booked in and had left within 15 minutes the staff were very friendly at all times.

Every thing works very smoothly, no long waits for transfers either way. Friendly and helpful staff.

Staff were polite and helpful, I was not all worried about leaving my car with them. It made our jouney to the airport stress free - no queueing at the main airport car park. or waiting for the airport bus(when it decides to come near you) and then on your return wondering whether your car was still where you left it. I would recomend this car park to anyone. I have no complaints to make at all - What was there to complain about? nothing.

It takes a little longer than some of the other parks but well worth the money and its cheaper than the rest !

The use of mini buses instead of big coaches means a much more personal service and less hanging around.

Good price compared to others. Easy to find. Arrival easy and small transfer coach (8 seater) was ready and waiting. Drivers friendly. On return coach was waiting and left with us straight away. Car waiting for us on arrival.

On line booking simple, directions spot on, courtesy of staff excellent, transfer to and from airport fantastic, all in all part of a great holiday experience.

We arrived early in the morning and did'nt think there would be much movement but all staff were ready and waiting to be of service. Promt and professional all the way through. Thanks!

The stafff were very helpful and polite, the service provided was top. The best start to our holiday and well looked after on our arrival. Will certainly use again.

The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful. From parking to drop off was about 6 minutes. We were two hours delayed on the return journey, but this wasn't a problem. We just called the freephone number after clearing customs, walked to the pick up point and they were there within a minute of us.

Check in was done very quickly (gabbled) considering my first time using it, why not have a 'welcome' instruction list ? upon return - v smelly staff member in passenger seat at front of transit...

The service given was exactly as advertised. The mini-bus was waiting when we arrived to park, we were dropped right outside the terminal entrance. When we returned, our freephone call was answered immediately and the mini-bus arrived at the pick-up point at the advised time. Our car was parked right by the reception building, ready to go. The fact that our return flight was delayed by over 2 hours wasn't mentioned.

Right from the start the service was great.The map details were very helpful and clear.The staff when I arrived early in the morning were cheerful and quick in dealing with customers. On the return I was most impressed, as no sooner had I phoned to say that we were through with our luggage and told to go to the meeting point, the driver turned up.I can honestly say that this was the best car parking service I have dealt with and will certainly be using again.

Myself and another group droped two cars b4 our holiday, the directions were good and they droped us of very quickly. When we returned we were picked up quickly and our cars were ready to drive away.

Very efficient. Everything went like clockwork. We changed our flight details (and return date). Both were dealt with courteously, with no extra charges. Would recommend them to anyone.

I would reccomend Cophall farm to anyone absolutley excellent service from the minute I arrived and left my car and returnrd to the terminal and phoned them for a pick up the service I received was outstanding. As soon as I cleared customs and had my bags I phoned they said 10 minutes and 10 minutes it was when we arrived back my car was waiting for me right at the exit. Would never even consider using anyone else for my airport parking as the service here is fantastic,friendly and very professional.

good directions need to look out for the sigh comming from the m23 not wll lit at 4.30am , but the service was very efficient and smooth good transferes and very quick to collect us on our return to the U.K. Excellent value fro money , will definatly be using them again.

We were able to find the parking site easily following the instructions. Once there, our transfers to and from Gatwick were quick and efficient, with no waiting around at either end. The staff were efficient and courteous. We would definitely use the service again.

I was able to drive right up to reception. I boarded the transfer coach within minutes leaving the carpark staff to park the car. The transfer coach was waiting for me when I returned and as was my car. I will definitely use this company again.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, value for money, prompt with transfers, would definitely use Cophall farm parking again and comes highly recomended,
