On return, after collecting baggage, i rang cophall parking to let them know we were ready to be picked up. When we got to the pick up point another family was waiting but unfortunatly had not rung up. The driver made sure that the families that hand rung through got on the mini bus. i am sure if there was room he would have taken the others, but there was not enough room so rang through to arrange another mini bus to come out straight away.

Can't fault the professionalism or courtesy of the staff, particularly given that I had driven 60 miles on 4 hours sleep and felt pretty rubbish myself!! The facilities in the office were adequate and the transfers were excellent. If I have any criticism it would be the lack of shelter at the pick-up in Gatwick itself but that's probably down to the Airport.

Little bit disappointed that when we picked our car up it had a flat tyre, appreciate this was no ones fault but would have been nice for someone to have notified us or even offered to help whilst we were re inflating it. Other than that everything was good.

Great service, we turned up and was on the transfer bus less then 5 mins. great!!! collection from south terminal was about a 20 min wait but our flight was delayed. car was waiting for us in front depot. great service, wont use another again. many thanks Michael Allen

directions were spot on , the more i saved on parking the more i could spend while away, staff were very friendly and professional my car was safe

no problems with any of the process, from booking on line right through to being picked up from the airport after my trip. would use again, and have used before

The staff were efficient & extremely pleasant. I felt the car was safe and didn't worry about it once while away. Very good directions to the location, therefore easy to find. Service for transfers was outstanding, we were taken to the terminal almost immediately after our arrival & they were waiting for us when we arrived at the coach station after informing them of our return. Would definitely use them again & recommend to a friend.

We arrived at the car park at 3.30am and were greeted by friendly staff who were very helpful with a small problem we had with our vehicle and even lent us a few tools to sort it out. Promt, safe transfers with cheerful staff. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I would always recommend Cophall Farm Parking and have used them for the past 4 years or so.

The receptionists are efficient. The drivers extremely polite and the speed of transfer pick up excellent.

arrived,from norfolk following great direcitions,with in 2mins of getting bags from the car they were in minibus and we were on our way!on arrival home we got our bags,i called cophall parking to let them know we had arrived,and told where to go to be picked up,once again in 2 mins we were on our way! drivers were great and freindly...overall it was 10 out of 10.

Prompt transfers to and from airport with very friendly staff both in reception and the helpful drivers.

Staff were friendly & helpful. Transfer to airport was about 10 mins. Pick-up was waiting when we came out of the airport & car was ready and waiting when we got back to Cophall Farm. Great!

excellent transfer 2 the airport and the car was not moved from the site which i was very pleased about excellent value for money, there was a slight delay being picked up from the airport but over all very good, i will use you again next time thanks

The whole procedure was as hassle free as you could want. Much better than having to carry heavy luggage on to the airport carpark transfer buses. Would certainly use them again.
