prompt transfers to the airport,helpful staff and fast, reliable transfers home

We got what we paid for.....no frills, no bells and no whistles. We arrived at silly o clock and the place was well lit and fairly easy to find. Within about 10 minutes we where off to the airport about 20 minutes or so away. On arrival back to the UK we waited for about 10 minutes for the minibus to pick us up. Pretty good for what you pay. The car was a little dirty when we picked it up but the mileage is taken when you drop it off and put on the key ring.... which you get with the keys when pick your vehicle back up. (This was correct because I checked it before leaving). The funniest thing was the two hand prints in the dirt on the rear of the car where it had been pushed. The only explanation I can think of is that someone didn't know how to start it as it is nit the normal key ignition. Would have been fun to see them look for the auto handbrake as well. I would recommend this place to my friends.

Although it was quite far off airport, service was very speedy and great value for money. Staff were very helpful. Will definately use again.

Directions to CFP were clear and the check in/out process very quick. Staff were friendly and helpful. The Transfer to the airport could not have been better - we only waited 2 minutes for the mini-bus and we were dropped outside the doors of the airport within 10 minutes. We had to wait 10 minutes for the return bus but the overall experience was very good.

i will definitly be using them again/ from beginning to end everything was as it should be.

Well worth the little bit extra drive out from airport,very proffessional service,everything was on time which made the whole process run as smooth as clockwork. Would definetely use them again.

No problems with Cophall Farm; BUT they could have added on to their map / directions that there is a major road works nearby with a redirection

everything ran very smoothly, instuctions to find place,quick transfers,friendly efficient staff,felt the car park was very secure.

A bit far away from the airport (but no further than the onsite airport parking at Stansted)but all made very easy - car taken at the entrance by people, not machines, bus waiting. On return, the bus took 2 minutes longer than us to get to the meeting bay (and we had no delays at all), car waiting at the entrance. First class.

CF Parking were the cheapest on offer and provided good value for money.

only complaint would be long term roadworks for weeksthat means you cant get to the carpark using thier directions which they sent me just 48 hours before i traveled, caused some stress getting to the airport on time. but as a company they were very good

Top class company from start to finish, parked car,dropped keys in reception got straight on mini bus,was at the airport in minutes and on the return I rang from getting my luggage and by the time I had got outside the mini bus was there and at the car park my car was waiting ready for me to go, now thats what I call a service, the staff were friendly and polite and the bus driver was a gentleman. Well done Cophall You will be seeing me again. 100% recommendation from me.

I arrived at reception the receptionist was very quick in booking us in, we did'nt have to wait to long for the coach to the airport and it was explained quite clearly what proceedure to follow on our return. I was very happy with the service i recieved.

I found the parking staff very professional and very efficiant. They were expecting us and they were very quick to take our paperwork and information. Well, I didn't survey the security of the parking but I had my car back in perfect condition. I had to drop my car and leave my keys and they moved it to a bigger area. We waited 3 min in the transfer. The transfer is a modest van and your lauggagues are at the back. The service helped to put the bags in and out. When we came back we called the number and we met a the coach station. We didn't wait much. I would certainly go back unless I become richer then I would use my private jet.

Bus service to airport very efficient. It also arrived very quickly on our return and our car was waiting for us by the reception area. Will use again and recommend to friends

Easy to find,quick and helpful reception and away to the airport with no fuss.On return one call,by the time we got to the pick up point our bus was waiting,back to reception car and keys waiting no hanging around just what after a long journey home.Thank you see you next time,

I have used Cophall Farm before and l definately will again. I have always been extremely happy with the service.
