Cophall Farm Parking at Gatwick was a very efficient service. Having had a very 'stressful' journey round the M25 it was nice to find everything so well organised and easy when we arrived to park our car. Would use again.

From ease of booking,excellent directions to site,and extremely pleasant staff onthe desk and the buses.We will definitely be using Cophall again.

We have used Cophall Farm many times, and it has always been a smooth experience - even at 4.30 in the morning! Reception has always been friendly and efficient, transfers virtually immediate and trouble-free, and the return trip has not entailed waiting too long at the airport. Consistently good value.

Everything was perfect - we dropped off the car, very friendly lady minibus driver. Really clear instructions for pickup, and the driver was waiting as soon as we got to the pickup point! Impressive service, if a tad pricey.

I stayed at a competitor the week before and was appalled by the lengthy wait and by drivers who move off despite being able to see you coming......... Cophall is good value and their drivers are friendly courteous and prompt a far more satisfactory experience.

I would use the company again. Had very good instruction given to get to the Farm and were very punctual on transporting us to and fro from the airport. Very good value for money.

Were taken to airport immediately even though we were the only 2 passengers. Quite a long drive to airport so ensure enough time is allowed - this means there is a 10-15 minute wait for pick up on return. Car was waiting at reception on return. Very good value for money and would definitely use again

All staff were helpful and friendly, and the transfer service was efficient. However we left a reasonably clean car when we left, but returned to a filthy car caked in sticky dust! Also, if, like me, you're the sort of person who doesn't like other people driving your car, then you might want to be forewarned that CFP take your keys and park your car for you!

I didn't feel the staff in the office were very friendly and seemed to almost dismiss you as soon as they had your carkeys. They gave you return instructions as if automated. The transfer drivers on both trips were friendly & helpful and full marks to them. The transfers were very efficent and my car was ready for me when I arrived at the farm.

Our flight was late arriving but we were able to phone and the minibus arrived to pick us up within 15 minutes .

I have used a few other parking companies and this one is by far the best, including ease of booking in and out and the mini bus transfers. Only moan (minor) is the car was covered in dust when I collected(I think they store the cars on a non macadam surface).

Easy instructions to find them upon arrival service was prompt the transfer to airport was quick upon arrival home, a quick phone call had them on their way for collection back at the car pack, service was prompt, freindly and easy to do. A good experience all round

Arrival and transfer were seamless - we checked in and the mini bus was waiting to leave immediately - about 10 minutes journey time - 45 minutes and we were through security sitting in the departure lounge of the North terminal. On our return to Gatwick the minibus arrived within a few minutes of our phone call. Very satisfactory all round - and it was the cheapest!

It made the transfers effortless. It's all down to the quality of the staff..... I hope they are paid well because they are a credit to the company.

We will definatley use your Company again when we use Gatwick Airport. From the on line directions we received, to the prompt, comfortable journey to and from the Airport the service was 1st Class.

When I arrived there was a mini bus ready to take me to the airport straight away. They assisted me with my bags and my vehicle was checked in promptly. I was taken straight to the terminal and was told what to do on my return. When I returned, I was picked up within 15 minutes and taken back to Cophall Farm where my vehicle was waiting for me. Very pleased with the service.

The driver was very helpful. He even told us the best route home to avoid the heavy traffic.

Easy to find. Transfers easy with no waiting at either end. Both drivers too and from the airport helpful and friendly. The driver who picked us up on our return is a credit to the company as he went out of his way to assist with baggage and also gave us directions back to the Motorway. Will use Cophall Farm Parking in the future. Excellent service all round.
