This was the first time we had used your service and we would definitely use it again, should we ever have to use Gatwick in the future. Directions to you were easy to follow and the drop-off and pick-up both worked well. Overall, we were very pleased.

Very handy to be able to use a Gatwick car park without having any contact with the airport traffic. The M23 exit 10 takes you beyond the airport turnoff onto much quieter roads, yet the transfer back to the airport takes only 10-15 minutes. Great facility, would certainly use again.

We found the directions easy to follow. Parked up went to book in, they were very friendly no hassle and by this time, which was no time at all' our cases had been put on the minibus waiting to go. I will always use Cophall Farm and recommend it to others. The return journey was just as good.

We were dealt with promptly with no delays at all.The staff were polite and efficient.I can't think of anything negative to add. Well done C.F.P we will certainly use your service in preference to all others in the Gatwick area.

The service was extremely good, very quick, efficient and no hanging around for the coach to fill up with others. They use a very smart minibus. Drivers very pleasant. Excellent value for money.

Cophall Farm Parking was friendly and efficient. We only had to wait about 5 minutes before the transport arrived to take us to the airport. The return was a little longer, however it was early in the morning (2 am). I would use Cophall Farm Parking again and recommend them as quite good value. The only thing on the down side, it was a little convaluted to find and not enough road signs.

A great find. It made the beginning and the end of our holiday much more pleasant. Arriving at 2am in the morning at Gatwick and having a smooth efficient transfer out of the airport to our waiting car made it a lovely end to our holiday. I would definitely use Cophall Farm again. Thank you.

The only ( temporary ) downside was a ten minute extension on the drive to CFP due to a new roundabout being built just down the road. Courtesy and efficiency are always good.

We were rather annoyed by being the only people waiting at the airport for transport for the first five minutes and then,when your minibus arrived, it was for a couple who had only just arrived at the bus stop. Your driver refused to let us on without giving an explanation (eg having pick-ups at the North Terminal). Otherwise everything was perfect.

I have used 'Copall Farm Parking' when travelling from Gatwick for a period of 30yrs or more without complaint. The service offered is complete, professional and unparelleled. Always competitively priced, but even if slightly dearer than rivals on occasions, I would choose to leave my car and myself in their care as I know the level of service is faultless. A top-notch service!

I was extremely impressed with CFP. The directions were simple and accurate, staff were very very helpful and cheerful giving clear, helpful directions and assistance. I loved leaving my car next to the office and not having to drag cases miles to buses etc., the driver helped with the bags and was chatty and very clear with our return instructions which were simple. I'll never use another parking facility at Gatwick - no chance of losing your car here!

This is not the first time I've used Cophall and again I'm so impressed with their professionalism and personal service. I am happy to use them again and to recommend them to others.

The directions given to us took us to a closed road. When confirming our booking they should have given us an alternative route. Other than that everything was ok.

Timely and friendly driver , swift transfer to the airport and timely collection. Good value for money and would recommend to others

Cophall Farm was very easy to find and when we arrived they had the paperwork ready and checking in was fast. The bus was ready to go immediately, although there was only the two of us. The driver was cheerful, which made a nice start to the holiday. On our return, I phoned up and the bus was there in less than 15 mins. Our keys were ready and waiting, as was our car. We will definitely use them again. My only comment is that the key receipt card is small and easily lost (we did temporarily lose ours). If the card is lost, then so is the number to contact on return. Fortunately we found our card.

Going was all ok as coach was ready to take you to the airport. Coming home we arrived at the Airport at 2am and had to wait 35 mins untill we were collected. Next time would I would rather pay a little extra to be closer to the airport and not have that kind of wait when you just want to get home after your flight.
