Reception staff polite and very quick; car ready to drive away when we returned.

Very efficient service - didn't have to wait long for transfers at all. Would definitely use again.

I arrived at APH Gatwick using their helpful directions at 5am, to be quickly booked in and on the transfer coach in minutes - I timed it just right. Very courteous and efficient staff in the check in and on the coach. Transfer ride to airport was very pleasant and the information given was very professional and assuring. Arriving at airport, the instructions to north terminal were very clear. On arriving back into Gatwick, I phoned APH, and was told the transfer bus would be shortly there - it was! An excellent service I would definitely use again.

The staff are helpful and cheery, and the transfers frequent and reliable. It's great to be able to telephone when your plane lands and be advised that a coach is on it's way to pick you up. RECOMMENDED!

Although transfer time clearly stated, it did seem to take a while. Also had to wait a while for a bus on our return. Offers great value for money, and check in was very efficient. Highly likely to use again.

Basically, I found the staff efficient, as were the check in/out procedures and would definitely use them again - they were the best value quote I could find. The only drawback is that it really is 15mins from airport, I'd say, and you need to allow more time to get to airport check-in. We found there were some hanging around waiting for coach to leave car park, and we waited quite a while in sub-zero temps at LGW for the pick-up coach! South terminal gets dropped off first and pickup first - North terminal passengers be warned! I'd still recommend it though to others, definitely.

Easy to book, straightforward to find and use. Friendly and efficient staff. Fast transfers - both there and back the coach was waiting for us and the driver loaded our luggage. Nice, clean and well-maintained coaches - couldn't be easier. And fifty odd pounds for 12 days parking is good value.

Very easy, much better than being dropped at airport, coach transfer very quickly, no waiting. Very good price, very quick and easy.

Very easy and fast to book and use. Excellent service. Transfers really are 10 mins. North terminal slightly more as it is second drop. Did not wait at all for coach nor even sit around once on the coach waiting for others. Security seems very good. Will definately use again.

Cheap, easy to get to and no waiting for pick-up on return. One of the best airport parking options we have used. Would definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

Would recommend APH. Did not have to wait long for transfers. Service was good and coaches clean and roomy. Would benefit from clearer instructions at the airport arrivals point on how to contact APH and which coach point to go to.

Had an excellent service from APH Gatwick, very smooth transfer to and from airport, car well looked after, we will certainly be using them again and would highly recommend.

The directions were perfect and local to the airport, check in was smooth, service to the airport was comfortable, contacting you that we were delayed we were reassured and that was one less thing to worry about, staff very polite and accomodating on the way back, and car ready to leave on arrival to the car park. Very impressed and will be using the service again in the furture.

The experience was good. Very streamlined from pulling up in the collection lanes, handing over the keys. We had hardly any time to wait to but it to the Airport and coming back the bus pulled up withing minutes of us arriving at the bus stop after we had called in to say we had arrived. The bus driver was very nice and cheerful which means a lot when you come back to gloomy old England! All in all very pleased and will use APH for Gatwick again.

Haven't had experience of APH's competitors, however considering that this is the cheapest of the lot (that we could find), I don't see how any other service could do better. From your arrival at the parking facility, you dont have to worry about a thing, everything is made easy and the staff are helpful and friendly.

Good directions to the car park. The procedure for booking in the car and travel to and from the airport was well explained and very easy. Coach transport to and from the airport was readily available with friendly, helpful staff. I have no complaints and would definitely use APH Gatwick again.

Very good service, courtesy bus picked us up within 10 minutes of arrival. Car ready for collection. Everything fine.

Possibly bit farther from airport, but I have not experienced any discomfort around that fact. Transfers were quick, minimum waiting time and car was ready for pickup on arrival. We actually got home 1/2 hr earlier than planned!!
