This was our first time using off airport parking and we were impressed by the fast and efficient booking in and out. From parking the car at reception, we had booked in and were on the coach in less than 10 minutes! With 24 hr coach transfers every 10-15 mins, there was no problem arriving at the airport in time. I would have no hesitation in using APH again. Great value for money. A very professional service.

This is the second time we've used APH Gatwick and there is nothing really to complain about. Checking in is quick and easy - even when they're busy. You call as soon as you land and there's always a bus within ten minutes waiting to take you back from the airport. Collection was equally quick and easy. All in all good value and pretty stress free.

directions to site were easy to follow procedures on arrival were swift and easy did not have to wait for transfer driver told us where to wait for return transfer on return we phone as requested and transfer bus was waiting for us all together very pleased will use again

All very efficient, with no hassles at either end of the journey and not long to wait for the coach transfers. My only small gripe is that luggage can't be taken into the reception desk area. This means that if you are travelling alone you have to leave it outside unaccompanied while you book in and out. Otherwise, very good all round.

I've used APH before and they didn't fail to impress second time round. They were very prompt and efficient in getting my car parked so I could board the coach and get to the terminal on time. I'll definitely be using them again and recommending them to friends and family.

I've used APH on a number of occasions and always found them to be friendly and efficient. Check-in is brisk and the car's always ready on return. Added to this is the fact that they're usually a bit cheaper than anyone else ! I'm certainly happy to recommend them.

APH gave me the most competitive quote thisyear. They were very easy to find from Junction 10 of the motorway and there were no delays in getting us to the airport. On our return, the coach picked us up within 10 minutes of arriving at the bus stop. Directions were clear and staff courteous and helpful.

It was a good decision to pick this car park - although we arrived at 3 in the morning the staff were ready and waiting everything was explained satisfactorally and we were on the coach going to the Airport within 10 minutes.Transfer time was 15 minutes.On the way back a quick phone call from baggage reclaim telling them we were here - coach arrived within 10 minutes and when we got back to the car park our car was ready and waiting for us. Absolutely 1st class service would recommend them to anyone and would definately use them again

Excellent service - took our luggage from the car and handed staff the keys. All paperwork was already prepared so no time wasted. We were on the courtesy bus within minutes. We had the same excellent service when we returned. Keys were ready to collect and we were advised where the car was. No time wasted at all. Very highly recommended!!!!

Using Airport Parking every trip I make,my choice usually made by travel agents,I decided to find my own this time on the net and APH Gave value for money and service second to none. Ican highly recomend and Ill definately Use them again Thanks APH

Easy booking in procedure, coach there and waiting departed for the airport after about 5 minutes, delivered to the Terminal. On return to airport followed instructions provided and waited less than 5 minutes for a coach. This was quite full but speedy recovery of keys meant we had no delays at the car park and were quicjly on the road. Great service will use it again if flying from Gatwick.

Arrived at 1.30 a.m and were met by staff who were polite,helpful and unusually cheery for that time of day. Just the same again on our return home. Car waiting for us just outside reception and ready for the off. The trip between the car park and airport we found gave us a few moments to rest and gather our thoughts before the onward journey.Also an easy acclimatization on relatively quiet U.K.roads before hitting the motorway at 5p.m. on a Friday! Well worth the money. We have tried others but will certainly use APH again.

Hi The service and staff friendly and helpful both on the phone, at the desk and on the coach. I was great to know my car was safe whilst i was away. When I came to collect my car at the end of a long flight it was ready and waiting for me and I was on my way home swiftly. I would recommend APH for service and value for money.

The service was really good value for money. The parking was easy to find with the directions given and when I got there it was easy to find reception and the staff were very friendly and the instuctions were very straightforward. Although it was 2am the coach wa waiting to transfer us and we were on board and on our way in no time at all and dropped directly outside our terminal. On return I phoned when we disembarked from the plane and within 5-10 min of being at the bus stop our coach arrived to take us back to the car park where once again the staff were friendly and my car was easily found. I will be using this service again and recommending it to all my friends!!

Having used parimiter parking before because of the short transfer time, APH transfer time was only a few minutes longer it was not an issue and the fact that the bus boarding was at the checkin area, rather than walking to a bus stop as with parimiter parking made the whole process enjoyable.

This was one of the easiest car parks we have ever used. The worst thing about returning (apart from the weather!) is hanging around outside Gatwick waiting to be picked up. With APH we only waited a couple of minutes and we were on our way very shortly afterwards.

I would recommend this car park and would definatly use them again. The bus drive helped with are bags and the car was park nice and close to the terminal on are return. Note: I believe they can not transfer skis or other large equipment. Top service. Thankyou

Easy booking service. Efficient staff and process on arrival. Clean and tidy coach. No answer to my call after arrival back at Gatwick, tried 2 or 3 times and eventually got an answer (it was at approx 20:00 21/7/07 so not sure if it was busy). Other than that, great service and will use it again

I was very pleased with the service I received. I was not kept waiting at either the depot or the airport, which was much appreciated. The only criticism is the difficulty we had finding the pickup coach stop at the South Terminal, Gatwick, as the instructions were not that clear. Despite this, top marks for service.

Coach driver was willing to put the bag in and take out at the end of the trip; although I tried to help him, he did not really ask for help. Car was parked at the entrance when we returned. Very efficient service. Did not waste any time going to the airport or after returning and picking up the car. Thanks.
