Easy to find, without the need to drive around the busy airport terminal. Just turn up and leave your car by reception and take your bags to the bus about 10 meters away (there is always a bus waiting so no hanging around in the cold!). They park your car so no need to remeber where you have left it amongst 10,000 other cars. On return only had to wait about 10 mins for bus to arrive (even at 02.00 am). Short journey back to the car park where they have your car ready and waiting for you just to get in and drive home. Fantastic car park and would recommend it to anybody. Will definately use it again if/when I fly from Gatwick.

Instructions are clear on how to find the car park and on arrival and departure the staff are helpful, friendly and efficient.Coach transfers from the car park are operated in good time, but I have used this parking facility a few times now and have had to wait rather a long time to be picked up at the airport. In general I think the car was well looked after however, last time I collected my car, there were a couple of vehicles being driven around quite carelessly - hopefully they were being driven by their owners and not the staff!!

We phoned the car park as directed on our return, but only just made the bus! We were lucky and were the first to reclaim all our bags from our flight; it had collected passengers before us from another flight, and left as soon as we got on the bus. I hope there wasn't anyone else waiting for the bus after us.

APH is a very easy to use parking facility. The car is easy to locate upon return. The only downside is the extra time needed before departure. As APH is a bit of a distance from Gatwick, you do need to add an extra 45 minutes to your depature time. That said, this is a facility I would use again and again.

The experience was good althought staff can be a bit sharp from time to time. It was quick easy cheap and safe so will be using again. Service on coaches was a nice touch but was cold after waiting 15 mins for the next one to arrive. I did not want to have to worry about the car and this was ideal.

Booking the car in and picking it up was easy and efficient, even though we forgot to phone on our arrival back at Gatwick. The desk staff were polite and efficient. The coach drivers were really helpful and very cheerful and we were able to get on a coach straightaway there and back. The car was fine and had no extra scratches or dents. Would definitely use again.

I was very pleased with the experience. The staff were friendly and efficient. The service provided was tip top. we didn't have to wait at all either end for a coach. our car was left in a secure environment. This made our holiday arrangements a whole lot easier. I will definitely use your service again.

APH parking made leaving and picking up my car very easy and stress free. When we returned to pick up our car, APH staff unloaded our luggage from the coach whilst we collected our keys and we were on the road within 5 minutes. A very efficient and friendly service that I will use again.

The real downside was the concrete barriers at the exit to Gatwick near to the pick up point where people are expected to push trolleys laden with luggage, in two directions, through a gap the size of a standard house doorway. This has rendered flying a third world experience, comparable to my first visit to Aden in 1985.

The whole experience ran smoothly. We arrived at APH and within 10 mins were on our way to the airport. A coach was also waiting on our return. On both trips the drivers were actually friendly and helpful which I have found with some other companies this is not always the case. I would recommend APH.

You took the stress out of the car parking system, all the staff including the bus driver were so helpful.This is the 3rd time we have used APH & I was so confident I even travelled to Spain on my own, knowing I would be well looked after. Thank You all.

This is the first time i have used airport parking so i didnt no what to expect but i could not fault it at all. It was a very relaxing experience. And i felt my car was 100% secure in the car park! i would definatly recommend this car park to anyone.

We were going on honeymoon & had an early morning flight so was abit concerned about directions to the car park & if transfers to & from Gatwick was regular but may concerns soon faded.The directions that were given were very easy to follow & precise & a transfer bus was there waiting & the bus driver was very kind & well mannered and it was only 4am.On the return journey we phoned to say we were on our way & our car was there ready & waiting.I will for sure use this service again.

Your customer service was excellent. It is unusual these days to interact with helpful staff who work with a smile on their face. Going on and returning from holiday can be a stressful business you certainly did not add to the stress! With respect of value for money, your prices are competitive but obviously customers will always wish to have a cheaper rate. Do you have a discount loyalty policy for return business?

we were very pleased with the service, parking was easy to find, quick transfer and no waiting around, even when we returned we called the telephone number as advised and by the time we made our way out of the airport the coach was waiting for us. Will definatly use again.

Very good, friendly servcie. No messing around, coach was waiting when we arrived and was at the airport within 5 minutes when we returned. The car was parked nearby when we arrived back at the car park. The whole experience was hassle free and I would return to this car park again (have used it 3 times now).

The transfers from the airport and car park were excellent. The drivers were extremely helpful with our luggage and provided excellent customer service. We would certainly recommend APH to anyone contemplating on using airport parking. Excellent value for money.

Overall good. Howeve, my car was clean when I left it yet very mud splashed all down the drivers side when I returned. Staff offered to have it cleaned but it was 10.45pm and we had a journey ahead. Would have preferred being offered the cost of a car wash which I could do the next day. Regards Stephen Jones

They were excellent. When I was waiting for the coach I was watching other operators, who expected you to load your luggage on the bus. With APH the driver loads the luggage into the coach and you just get on the coach. Really good service with great directions to the car park. Will use again.

Very fast service, very polite people. I would have liked an option to have my car cleaned whilst i was away, I would have paid extra for that option. If it was available, I wasn't made aware of it at the time of leaving my car. I would definitely use APH again
