After an 8 hour flight on our return, We arrive exhausted. Upon making a phone to confirm our arrival to APH, thinking we would have to pay more for being late. They told us they knew the flight was delayed and that it was not our fault. So there are no extra charges. Which was a great relief to us. Have used before and will continue to. A big thumbs up.

Perfectly satisfactory parking. The only problems were at Gatwick rather than with the car park. They were: difficult to find a telephone to make the free "arrived" call, and when I did find some the first one was out of order. The signposting to the pickup point was also unclear

If the shuttle bus is half full of people but its baggage hold is full of baggage the driver should be allowed discretion to allocate some of the seats to new baggage and therefore accommodate more passengers. I was advised by the driver that it is against the law/policy for baggage to be taken into the seating area. I was therefore prevented from taking the half empty bus, and had to wait for the next.

WE had a very smooth, stress free transition from parking the car to getting to the airport. When we arrived we were directed to car set down and there were 4 staff on to deal with us. The coach was also ready and waiting and within 5 minutes of arriving we were on our way to the airport. The driver made sure we knew where to be upon arrival back in the u.k and we were given clear written instructions as well. This is the 3rd time we have used them and will do so without hesitation again. Very good value.

I was given a slip giving details of the number to call to contact the parking when I landed to request a pick up - this appeared to be irrelevant as the bus arrived within a couple of minutes of my arrival at the stop. However as I rang the number on at least 5 occasions and the phone was never answered, I would have to ask why confuse people with an irrelevance?

Everything went like clockwork, a coach was waiting for us when we arrived at APH parking also when we arrived back, again a coach was waiting at the terminal. Although the coach was full with people returning from their trips it only took 5 minutes to get our car out of APH. A very good experence

Clean and modern coach with plenty of room on my particular journey. Trouble free to and from the airport. No problems at the car parking site. Staff Ok but then again i did arrive there until 4am in the morning, not the best time of day. Would use again.

Arrived 3.30am to very friendly helpful staff. 52 seater coach waiting to take us to airport, driver loaded and unloaded all luggage again very friendly. On arrival back at Gatwick waited 5 minutes for coach to take us back to carpark where car was parked close by. Excellant service will definetely use again.

Took away the hassle and worry, dropped the car off and within 30 minutes we were in the terminal. On our return a coach arrived to take us back to the car park within 5 minutes so never spent any time having to wait around. Friendly drivers, friendly staff overall a great experience.

I booked the car parking over the internet - very straight forward indeed.I was greeted warmly on arrival at APH, the car was attended to immediately and we boarded the coach to the airport. When I returned from holiday I called APH fromm the baggage hall as requested and by the time we got to the coach pick up area the coach was already waiting for us. It left within a minute or two and on arrival at APH, I collected the car keys and we were on or way within a few minutes. It really was as easy as that ....excellent, friendly and very efficient service.

I would strongly recommend APH to any friends that were using Gatwick. Fab service allround. It is a bit out the way from the Airport but with the excellent transfer service provided that wasnt an issue. Would use again and happy to recommend to thoses looking for an airport parking service.

We found the car park through the petrol station which sounds odd but seems to be just the way you access it. We handed in our keys with a quick and efficient service and immediately got a coach. Transfers took about 10 mins. On the way back you call them; they arrived to collect us in under 5 mins. We were very pleased with the service and also found it to be good value.

Our flight was at 7am so we arrived at APH around 4:50am. The staff were all VERY helpful and much more pleasant than I'd be if I had to work at that time of the morning! Same with our return flight which got in around 2am. I would definitely recommend APH to my friends and will be using them again.

I found the whole experience using aph great, the actual booking was simple to start with. The directions given were easy to follow, the location was ideal. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, the coach driver was nice and helpful too, helping to load on all 4 of our heavy cases onto coach and on return didnt even batter an eyelid about loading them on even though they were heavy! I will definatly use again if flying from Gatwick and will be reccommending APH to all i know who are going to fly from Gatwick. Many thanks. From all the Smith's !!!

We used this service as it was alot cheaper than onsite parking. The experience was made simple, the coach was there when expected on arrival and on return, waited only about 10 minutes. No complaints, oh the car was a bit dirty but didnt expect a car wash anyway.

It was nice to speak to someone cheerful on the other end of the phone when confirming we had arrived back to pick to car up. As I have a hearing problem the staff were great to make sure that I understood them, they were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble.

I noticed that at least 6 miles had been clocked up on my car mileage since leaving it with APH. If they need to travel around 3 miles each way we should be notified of this arrangement. It is our petrol, and it would be reassuring to be informed exactly where cars are kept. What if we start finding strange congestion charges added when cars are taken to other places, if these are introduced all over Britain? They need to be more accountable as to what actually happens to the vehicle while in their care.

Receptionist could have been a litte more friendly. However, the coaches were great and a very fast service to the airport, and in particular on return, which was important to us travelling with two young children. I will definately use again for our holidays next year. Thank you!

This was the easiest and most efficient service we have ever experienced. The luggae was loaded and unloaded courtesly and efficiently. When we returned from holiday we missed a pick-up by seconds, but the next coach came along within minutes and we were our way again. We shall always use this service at LGW in the future.

We travelled out of business hours so transfer times were OK, but I doubt that 15 mins would be achieved in peak hours - best allow a bit longer. Parking slots are big enough to avoid unnecessary damage when squeezing out of driver's door, even when large cars are parked adjacent. I will use them again, even if I did have to tune the radio back to my fave station.
