We were happy with the service and the price is very competitive. The system for checking in and out was efficient. I have an expensive car but was entirely content with site security. The transfer was efficient in both directions but does take around 20 minutes to North Terminal - not a problem if you are prepared for it.

The car park was easy to find - we had been given clear direstions how to get there. There were no delays either on departure or arrival. The coach came frequently. I was travelling with an elderly person. On return, although there were places for everyone on the coach, at one point it looked as if there might not be, and there was a rush to load the luggage and get on the coach. We got relegated to the back.

We normally use the Airline Bus from Oxford but have to get a lift to Oxford first and on return. For 2 people this is cheaper. This time there were 3 people travelling and it was cheaper to drive and use car park. Return journey round M25 was not good! APH Service was excellent.

Its not so bad on the way out, but when arriving back in UK tired after travel, to have to wait 20 mins for the bus, then stop at the other terminal, then take a 15 minute journey its just not worth the £6 we saved from using the on airport holiday parking.

I parked at Courtlands in Sept and they were rude and unfriendly.At APH the staff were wonderful especially a lady in her fifties who was on duty early morning of the 19th October. She was kind and helpful and reassured me i wouldn't be late. Everything was very efficient. I will def be back and recommend. thanks

Easy to follow directions to parking area.....friendly staff......coach ready to go to Airport immediatly....great! Return.....even better coach .....charming helpful driver and given my keys promptly.... A truly calm experience....and good value for money......Recommended.

Well sign posted directions, good value for money, clean site and facilities. Would especially recommend to those living south of the airport as extra travelling time taken when coming from the north, especially when the coach transfer times are taken into account on top of journeys to and from the car park.

The check-in process was very simple and fast. The transfers were almost immediate and they were ready to pick us up from our flight within a few minutes. On arrival back to the site, the check-out was equally simple in spite of large numbers arriving. Excellent service all round. We would definitely return here for service and a very competitive price.

First of all the price attracted me its very cheap , then when i booked i found the staff on the phone very helpful... i got the time of our flight wrong but there was no extra charge even tho we needed longer time there.We will definately be using them for all our future car parking needs.

We arrived late (unusual for us, honest) and were greeted by friendly reception staff who said that they would see what they could do to help. Our coach driver was very understanding and dropped us off first, and we made the flight! On the return journey, the coach was waiting for us (and the other passengers) and it was a smooth journey back to the airport. All in all, great!

Easy to find friendly helpful staff all of them I have a brand new car and was worried after all the stuff you read about the parks taking your car and using it, my milage was the same as I left it, no petol was used. Transfer was very smooth only waited two mins on way to the north and on the way back 1 quick call and as we got out of arrivals at coach bay 5 the coach was waiting the man took our luggage never moaned about the weight of it (it was heavy)took us back to APH and there was my car sitting waiting for me these peope are extreamly proffesional in every way and I would recomend them time and time again.

A wonderful straight forward experience, staff were friendly, hassleless experience. However, I was fortunate that my parents had recently used, and told me that it was indeed found after 3 roundabouts and not two that was quoted by the online directions

this was my first experience of off airport parking and I shall definitely use APH again. The coach driver lifted all my luggage (without a groan!) both on and off the coach.I did not have long to wait at any time. My car keys were ready and the turn around to get on my way home was stressfree and easy. (After hanging around after a delayed flight this was great!)

I would not hesitate to use your facilities again - what we really liked was the fact that there was no hanging around waiting for a bus and secondly that when we collected our car after the holdiay there were the same number of miles on the clock as when we started (which certainly doesn't happen at all airport parking places!). First class all round

I found the route very confusing as the directions printed from the confirmation sheet state that one should not take J10 on the M23 but take the A264 East Grinstead instead. The fact that J10 is the A264 is the source of the confusion. I informed the staff at checkin and they said they would make sure that it was corrected but when we returned it was still showing that the J10 should not be taken.

Super service to and from the airport, dropping the car off, leaving keys and getting to the airport took less than half an hour.On return it was just as quick and efficient....the car park is well lit so we had no problems finding the area we were directed to and I was also pleased to find that the car had no extra miles or dents on it. Highly recommended.

Both on the journey to the airport, bearing in mind it was 3.30am, and coming back from the airport, bearing in mind it was 2.30am, the whole experience was smooth and efficient, with the bus drivers friendly and helpful. I shall book again in the future

Coach was ready to board on our arrival, staff were extremely friendly. Transfer time was only about 15mins (at rush hour). We landed at 0400hrs and were in our car by 0500hrs, excellent especially when your tired at that time in the morning!! Other people travelling with us were parked 5 mins closer but paid significantly more, when we were on our coach returning to the car park they were still waiting for theirs! Would recommend to anyone and without a doubt use the service again.

I will never use this service again, I would have rather paid £20 more and used Pink Elephant or NCP. We waited 40 minutes for a coach from the airport to my car, we then sat in traffic for 30 minutes to the car park. I could have been at home in this time! Receptionist was also very rude when we phoned to see where the coaches were and how long they would be. Not worth the money at all.

The parking procedure was surprisingly very simple, the staff were very courteous and the whole process was painless. I was very impressed especially as both arrival and departure were early hours of the morning. I would definitely use it again and recommend to my friends.
