Overall the service was excellent. However, when we arrived, the signage was a little confusing and insufficient next to the check in office. My husband loaded our cases on a bus whilst I was checking in - no sign to say he should not have done so. He joined me in the check in office and the bus left with our cases. The driver of the bus we caught which left fairly quickly thereafter was very helpful and contacted the driver of the first bus and after a 15 minute delay we were reunited with our cases. Luckily, we were very early for our flight but this might have been an issue if we were not. We both felt it was unclear that you MUST let the driver load your cases and they should stay with you until you have checked in and are ready to leave.

We used APH for the first time a couple of weeks ago and we could not fault the service at all. It didn't matter that they are the furthest away from the airport because their service was excellent. Our return flight was cancelled and we finally reached them four hours later than specified, it didn't matter a bit and it was such a relief to find our car ready for us. Thanks so much APH.

I have used APH before and came back because they are a good distance from Gatwick and the coaches are very regular. It offers good value for money and when you drop off your car you are only a few metres from where you pick up the coach- so no lugging cases very far.

I registered my car and was told to leave the keys on the seat for parking. After registering, the bus was waiting and my luggage was loaded on, it did not take very long to get to the terminal. When returning I followed the instructions given at check-in and fould the bus stop ok, I called from the telephone at the bus stop and my car was waiting close to the drop off point when I got back.

Clear directions to car park; booking in was easy; comfortable transfer vehicles; car conveniently parked near exit on return - no damage sustained. Only problem was having to queue to get back to M23 after collecting the car, but being in the rush hour didn't help. Would definitely use this facility again.

I was particularly pleased with ease of online booking, good price when compared with others, good directions to the carpark, and friendly welcome back when I rang from Gatwick to ask for a pick up. Price is a usually a main factor for me and this influenced my choice when searching initially for airport parking. Thank you

We thought this service was the best we have ever used, and will be using it for all future trips that we make to Gatwick.... it was a very smooth transition from car park to airport, can even weigh your luggage .... cant ask for more service than that can you? We've used APH several times now over the past couple of years, and have always found them to be prompt, reliable and friendly, even at the unearthly hour of 3am! Prices are good, check-in is quick and we never have to wait long for a transfer from the airport (provided we actually go to the right stand, but that was our fault!)

was a really good experience, and good value for money, i travelled at an off peak time, not sure what it would be like in summer period, but in saying that the coach was waiting when we arrived, and the process was really quick and simple, no waiting for a coach 2 arrive, you just park your car outside the office and check - in, somebody else takes your car to be parked and you can get on the coach straight away without standing in a cold car park waiting for coach to arrive, which was good if you've got children with you like i had. much better than parking at Gatwick airport, and even though futher away, only took 10 mins transfer from park to airport. maybe just reccommend you leave plenty of time in case their are traffic problems getting into gatwick, so that you have enough time to check-in at airport. Overall I think service an value was great, and i definately use again next time.

Overall i found the experience ok,it was easy to use, the instructions and location map were good but i was concerned about leaving my car after hearing stories of mistreatment in the press and seeing workers driving very fast in cars on site. I would also have liked to know how my car travelled 7 miles in the week i was away when i presumed parking was on site?

We arrived after following very clear instructions. The car was booked in and we were on the coach within 10 mins. On our return we contacted the company and a coach was with us within 10 mins, car was ready and waiting for us at the other end. Excellent service and will definately use them again.

I have used this carpark before and this is the reason i chose it a second time. Staff are friendly and efficient and once paperwok completed you get straight onto the coach. There is also the added advantage of being able to wait under cover if there is a short wait.

From start to finish APH Parking was efficient and professional. On our return journey there was delays and we arrived, very tired, into Gatwick at 5am. There was a coach waiting and my car was ready for me to just jump into. This is the second time I have used APH and will continue to do so.

i didnt like the facet that my car wasn't in a proper car parking space is was jus sitting on the corner of a bend and i had 2 check for scratches before i left. Luckily it was fine although through no consideration of APH. Coach transfers to airport were fantastic i didnt even have 2 wait 5min on either journey it was brilliant!!!

The staff are efficient and curteous, couldn't ask for more. Especially returning after a long flight in the early hours of the morning. Outbound, just ensure you clear your vehicle of anything you need on the trip before signing in as they don't hang around! As I found out, luckily it wasn't important. Could do with a little more illumination away from the main areas and possibly a site map on the wall for us dim wits! But that wouldn't be a burning issue not to use them. They do what it says on the site, very well.

APH Gatwick was great because the directions were easy to follow, you get to the place, they park your car and you hop on a bus, job done! On return you give them a quick call and they make sure your car is moved close to where the coach drops you off. It all went completely smoothly. The only tiny downsides were that on return we had to wait about 20 minutes for a coach (but I think it does say the buses run every 15-20 minutes) and they smelt very strongly of a lemon air freshener which gave me a bit of a headache! I would recommend APH, it was good value for money, easy and haslle free.

I have used lots of car parking at various airports in UK and abroad and I like yours the best because not only the coach drivers are very kind in transfering your luggage into the coach but they do it with a smile even at 2am! Excellent value and already recommending to family and friends.

very easy experience. Check in quick, there was a coach waiting which left within 5 minutes, on the return journey just saw a coach leave but another arrived within minutes and we were back in our car and on our way home very quickly. Would definitely recommend your service to others. Thank you.

The direct were easy to understand, when I arrived I parked in the wrong place, so one of your staff kindly told me where to park. Coming back from holiday, I phone to say I needed picked up. The coachwasn't long the driver was very helpful. When we got back to APH in Gatwick there were staff there to take all the luggage off the coach. Excellent service, and keep up the good work

Had to wait 20 mins for bus, were told every 15Mins. then bus driver chating with lost traveller for a while before going. Took about 45-50 mins from arriving at bus stop to getting to parking lot, then at parking lot had to wait for two buses to move before arriving and getting off!
