I found the staff very helpful. The only thing I would say is I think it would be a good idea to have a sign on the road as I found it a little difficult to find from the main road. Luckily I stopped to ask at the garage and found it was at the back.

From booking the car park online to the valet parking service to the trip to Gatwick, everything went smoothly. The staff were friendly and helpful. What a pleasant experience at a very reasonable price! Long may you continue and long may NCP perish for its extortionate prices. Well done!

It was very effecient service going out at about 2pm however when it came to collecting us at 2am it wa a diffent story we waited 45 minutes from when we phoned to when we were collected, and two further phone calls. It was freezing out 7th Dec 07. We eventually boarded the bus and people were already on it from the south terminal at gatwick we all got on then the driver was told to return to the south!!! When we did eventually get back the car was near by and the cases were unloaded by the many coach drivers there, shame the many coach drivers wasn't there when we were standing at the bus stop freezing.

I live in Crowborough and next year I plan to go to Muscat (Oman) for 2 weeks holiday. The flights go out of Heathrow (not Gatwick) and return to Heathrow. Is there an option of parking my car with you, then going on to Gatwick Airport, then taking the shuttle to Heathrow, then going on to Oman, and then returning back through the same way? This will save me looking for a carpark at heathrow/ travelling all the way to Heathrow/ etc. The Muscat flight normally leaves at about 9.30 a.m., which means I have to be at Heathrow at 7.30 a.m., which means leaving Crowborough at 4.30 a.m. (that's early) Coming back, the flight normally comes in at 6.30 a.m. Is this an option worth considering? Do the Gatwick-Heathrow and Heathrow-Gatwick Airport Shuttle Buses travel at these early hours? If it is feasable and it can work out for me, then APH will be used more often by me (and by other users too - if advertised!

Very efficent service, the only comment would be why did we have to go to the south terminal first when everybody was for the north terminal, surely the trip to the south terminal could have been made when the north terminal people had been dropped off! But otherwise i will certainly be using APH again.

The location is far enough from Gatwick so that you do not get caught up in the airport traffic and they have alternative routes to teh airport during busy periods. Very secure, helpful drivers, clean coaches and your car is always near to the drop off point back at the car park.

I was pleasantly suprised with the speed of service. Staff were efficient and polite. Transfer to the terminal was fast and the driver very helpful. Pickup on return was equally fast. All in all highly recommended.

It's a very convenient car park. Check in was quick and efficient and a transfer bus was ready waiting. Staff were very friendly. All in all an excellent service.

Friendly staff, clear directions to get there (DO NOT listen to satnav!), transfer time not too bad, coach was there waiting when we got out of Gatwick, car was waiting when we got to APH, with no problems. Good service, will use again.

There were 7 of us travelling from Gatwick and it could not have been smoother. It was easy, cheap and as requested, we called on landing back in Gatwick and the coach was there waiting for us. I would definitely use this company again.

Was very impressed with the services especially the coach driver who was very friendly, transfer was about 15 mins, had a longer wait on the way back... about 25mins. But generally the service is worth what you pay for, I did feel uncomfortable with leaving the car at the drop off point with the keys in as I have never done this before, but it was fine on my return, then again most of the car parks around Gatwick ask for the same so I would definitely be returning next time I park and fly.

All as promised - efficient hand-over after pre-booking, and car waiting ready to go on return. Site staff and drivers all courteous, friendly and helpful. It's not the closest to the airport ever, but transfers weren't overlong. Very reasonably priced, and right next to a Shell garage - handy for filling up, snacks for the journey home, etc. Would definitely use again.

Easy to find, quick and efficient booking in with clear to follow instructions for our return. Clean comfortable coaches, polite and helpful drivers, quick departure to drive home. No fuss, everything easy and will use again.

We booked online and followed the directions to the site. After checking in, we only had a few minutes to wait till the coach departed for the airport and on the way back we phoned them from the baggage hall to say we had arrived back. There was a coach waiting to take us back to the car park and the keys were ready for us as soon as we arrived. No complaints whatsoever - we would have no hesitation in using APH again.

A first class hassle free car park. Knowing my car is parked safely and securely, and constant, comfortable transport to and from the airport terminal is provided, ensures the beginning and the end of my holiday is stress free. I constantly recommend the services of APH to friends and family. They're the tops.

Excellent and efficient service. Only criticism would be poor customer relations at check-IN desk (only) i.e. no smiling, poor eye contact, slightly abrupt manner -general lack of inter-personal skills.

We ahve usd APH before and always had very good service from them. A bit disappointed this time as we had to wait some time for bus to return to car and also on arrival at reception to pick car up after journey there was only one person on duty until someone else appeared from a back room by which time there was a considerable queue of those wanting to leave vehicles and collect them. having said that we will continue to use APH when flying from Gatwick

I investigated online for basically the cheapest place to safely park my car whilst on holiday for 2 weeks. APH were not the cheapest as it happens, the cheapest meant my car being craammed in a field with by a company with a vehicle width restriction they were parked so close together. But Aph cam a close 2ud financially, but my car was parked on solid ground in what looks to be a safe, well organised place. The experience was excellent. I can highly recommend the service.

The site was easy to find, and the check in procedure was quick and efficient. The transfer coach was clean and comfortable with a helpful driver. On our return the pick up was agin was very good. The car was easy to find and we were soon on our way home. I would reccomend APH to anyone travelling from Gatwick.

Second time I have used them, both times efficient but this time on return journey we had to wait 35mins for the coach, and when it came there was such a queue for it that not everyone could get on. Would still recommend them though, everything else was great & it's reasonably priced.
