I faound the staff very helpful. We missed the flight on the 22nd and then I had to rebook and come in again. Throughout all this, the staff were supportive and helpful.

Efficient check in, very convenient for North Terminal smooth jouney. Return journey as efficient, very little waiting for coach to arrive to collect, collection of keys and car very smooth, would use again.

Grumpy coach driver who had to be pleaded with to pack luggage into coach. Said that the luggage compartment was full although he only had 6 pieces of luggage packed in on one side and plenty of space to put more in.

Very good service all round. We were picked-up on Christmas Day from Gatwick and were on our way home in our own car in minutes. Will be sure to use APH again. Thank you. All the best for 2008.

I found this car parking service the best yet. It was quick and easy and the coach driver was very helpful with luggage. I would recommend to anyone. Also very cheap!!!

Excellent services, very friendly and helpful as well. I will use these parking facilities again. And very easy to find as well, even early in the morning!

Great going out, very professional service but despite contacting before going through customs we waited quite a while in the freezing cold to be collected.Plane also delayed 7 hours no problem with time change

Very well organised. When I came back the coach was ready and waiting - big difference to having to wait for ages for the bus for the other airport long-stay car parks. Will definitely use again.

An easy and convenient service with no problems on drop off or pick up, and I highly recommend it and will use again. A minor niggle, I saw my car driven off to be parked at some speed over speed bumps and wasn't impressed. Not convinced drivers parking the car take as much care as they should.

Easy to find, well signposted once inside the car park unlike others I have used. Very friendly staff and very helpful. Transfer takes a couple of minutes longer than some I have used, but the coach is in excellent condition. Best airport parking I have used.

I found this parking to be excellent value for money. I parked for 4 weeks and the price was very good it was cheaper than airport transfer or any other mode of transfer. The transfer to the terminal was very good as well. I would definitely not hesitate to use this service again.

The Car Park Was Easy To Find, the service was excellent. We had to wait about 10 minutes on the coach before being transferred to the airport. On the return journey we phoned to let them know we had arrived before collecting our baggage, and once out of the airport the bus was there waiting for us. We Would definitely use them again.

Service was very efficient, we waited only around 3 minutes for our pick up having phoned when we picked up our bags. Drivers were friendly and helped with luggage. Booking staff greeted us with smiles at 5am. Its the 2nd time I've used them and will use them again.

Every time I travel, I always book my car into a secure parking site. It's handy and can be cheap too. The only drawback is having to wait to be picked up and not really having a collection time from the collection point. But short of paying for a chaffeur then it's the next best thing.

A very efficient and hassle-free process from start to finish, which is what you want when you are starting and ending your hols.

I arrived around 05.15 to be dealt with promptly, put on a coach straight away and got to the airport within 15 minutes; good for this time. On returning I rang and the coach was waiting by the ramp so again I had no wait. Keys were simple to collect and code to exit given. I was very impressed with the whole process: my experience was good.

Extra transport during peak times and rush-hour would help. Presumably we just missed one bus & had to wait for what seemed ages for the next one in icy conditions made us think that in future we would prefer to pay more to be in our own car more quickly next time. We paid the £5 to have our car checked before our holiday but failed to notice (jet lag) some bumper damage on our return - not significant but not noticed until after leaving your premises. Cross with myself for not noticing! This 'review' is a nice touch.

A well run carpark with courteous staff and good value for money. We've used it before and no doubt will do so in the future. It is a little further away from the airport but it's up to the individual whether or not they choose to pay the extra money to be closer or use the saving on their holiday.
