Leaving the parking area, there was one coach ready to go, with another waiting behind. Even if this had not been the case, the waiting roon was only a few paces away and had toilets. Walking with luggage when we returned was a shorter distance than at most of the Airport car parks .

I been used quite a fews car park before, so far this one the impression was good, however compare with the other like puple parking, their tranfer is excellent, anyway i think i will like to use this car park again if i travel in summer time but not in winter as too cold to wait next one due!

No problems encountered at all. Certainly liked the fact that you use a coach that places luggage underneath rather than customers taking their bulky luggage onto the main compartments. Have previously used a company that uses the style of coach where luggage is taken onto the main compartment... not pratical in my view

Easy to find with clear direction instructions. Quick and efficient service with well organised staff. Reasonable charges and on collection cars parked in wider than usual bays.

Overall satisfactory but I was appauled that my car roof was covered in bird droppings on my return. I emailed the APH site to complain and received a written reply that included security photos (blurred and of the side of my car not the roof) intended to show that I was a liar and my car was not covered in droppings. The written reply was condescending and written in terms that clearly reveal that APH do not think that they are in a competitive market.

I was dreading the collection process given I was returning early on a Sunday morning. However, even though the coutesy coach was quite full, my keys were ready and i was "in and out" within 5 mniutes.

Although a distance from the airport the service was excellent and the fact that you drop the car at reception and do not have to find a parking space and remember the location I found it bettet than long stay airport parking, with the coach driver insisting on load and unloading you baggage rather than having to carry it onto the "buses" from long stay parking - Could do with the coach taking you to the plane, as the coach from the terminal to the plane takes longer than the car park to the airport !!!!

The car park didn't have a record of my booking when we arrived but it was no problem from their point of view. We had to wait quite a while for the coach to pick us up from the airport. Overall it was a good experience

This was the first time I'd ever used an 'off-site' airport parking service and was a little apprehensive. I needn't have worried. APH provided clear and simple directions to their office/car park. We allowed plenty of time incase there were queues as we were travelling on a Saturday. The process for dropping off the car was smooth and efficient. We were on a coach in 5mins and on our way in 10. Picking up the car was just as efficient. While the coach driver unloaded luggage, I collected my key from the office and was directed to an individually numbered bay to collect the car, less than 50 paces away. I was very impressed and will dcefinitely use this service again.

When I came back I had problems starting my car and with the help of the site mechanic I was on my way within five minutes. Very quick response from the very helpful staff.I most certainly will use it again as it was good value for money too.

of all the airport parking we have used, APH was by far the best. when we arrived we were quickly dealt with, our bags loaded onto the coach and within 15 mins we were at the terminal. on the way back we called whilst collecting baggage and the coach was there waiting, within half an hour we had our car and were on our way, a very welcome relief after having a four hour flight delay. Will definitely use again.

It took 50 mins from bus stop in Gatwick for getting in my car back to M23 on way home, as the bus went on an airport tour first. If time isn't an issue, good value.

We had difficulty finding it in the dark and also due to the fact that the road number was different to those in the instructions. However, a good service was offered, although the transfer time is quite long, especially as the coach visits both terminals.

The Car park was easy to find from the instructions given. The staff were very helpful. The car was in the same condition as I had left it 17 days before. No problems at all

Arrived at the car park, was quickly booked in and on the coach to be transferred to the airport. Was at the airport within 20 mins of arriving at the car park. On return to Gatwick, coach arrived quickly to transfer back to car park, car already in a quickly accessible place and 'check out' took only 30 seconds. Overly very impressed and will definitely use again.

On my return I phone the as required to advise that I had returned and required pick up south terminal, had to wait quite a while for the transfer bus and then had to make de tour via north terminal to see if anyone required pick up what the point of the phone call

The car park isn't on the airport site but its a 10 minute coach transfer from the terminals which is as quick as I have ever experienced even when parking at the airport and is very easy to find following the website instructions. The staff are very friendly, especially the coach drivers (who appreciate a 'thank-you')and our car was ready and waiting for us when we returned so that we were on our way home from the car park within 15 minutes of leaving the airport.

Very helpful and friendly staff even really early in the morning. The coach was excellent as luggage was stowed for you and you didn't have to carry it on board as in some other schemes

Whilst this car park is a few miles from the airport, the transfer was fast and comfortable and the drop off and collection staff in the office were very efficient and friendly. It was good value for moner, very convenient and we shall definitely use it again.

car park was easy to find by following the directions sent to us we sat on a coach for 20 minutes before we were taken to our terminal so leave plenty of time to check in when we returned at 5 30 am our windscreen was frozen over and no offer of any deicer even though there was a man walking around wirh a can in his hand who was part of aph
