When we arrived we were seen to straight away with virtually no waiting,transfer Coach was there, polite and helpful driver,and and comfortable journey to Airport.

Excellent car park to use. Just 15 minutes coach journey to Gatwick once your car is parked. Our flight was delayed on the way back and we thought this might cause a problem with our return transfer - but no such thing. Bus was there ready and waiting even though we were 2 hours late.

Very smooth experience, arrived at parking lot and went to reservations. The coach was outside waiting to take us to the airport. On return trip we waited for about 3 minuets for coach and when we arrived at reception we were handed our keys an out of the parking lot within minutes. Brilliant service

It is just a joke that the signage can't mention that Stand 12 is acually DOWN A FLIGHT rather than, as labelled, straight out the door from Arrivals. We were by no means alone and when we asked where it was we were mwt with embarrassed laughter - it happens all the time. The one glitch in an otherwise impressie service.

I was a bit sceptical about leaving my car in the car park, but it was brilliant and i will definately be using this car park again. It was really simple to find - no hanging about booking my car in and the staff were helpful with suitcases. Returning, i rang the office before clearing customs as stated on my receipt and as we left the terminal a coach was ready to take us to my car, which was ready and waiting to be collected. A very stress free experiance, which i loved!

Overall I am very impressed with whole process of arranging, paying, parking and transferring to and from the airport. Staff are pleasant and know what they are doing. The only problem, which cannot be helped, is the off airport location and potential traffic issues that arise between APH and the terminal. Very impressed!

Overall a good parking choice. Efficient check in/check out and transfer systems. Good value! (Might not be the best choice if your flight arrives very late into Gatwick due to distance of APH from airport.)

I would highly recommend this company. Their service is excellent. From booking to arriving at the airport, the process is smooth and extremely well organised.

I had to come back from my holiday earlier than expected and although I had telephoned from Egypt to say when I woud be back they didnt seem to know anything about it when I phoned from the airport upon arriving home. However, this wasn't a problem at all when I got back to the carpark.

APH is easy to find and directions given are clear. I would recommend this company as it is value for money and excellent security. All staff were polite and helpful and the transfers to and from the airport were regular and within the times stated.

Fast and efficient service (although not overly friendly.!) and excellent value for money. On arrival back in to Gatwick - difficult to find the pick-up point as the instructions on the back of the ticket were confusing. I would definitely use the service again.

Thanks APH, for an excellent service. Car park was easy to find thanks to your directions. Within minutes we had checked the car in, our cases were on the bus and we were on our way to the airport. The reception staff and bus drivers were all very helpful and very friendly. On our return to Gatwick we were straight onto the bus and our car was ready and waiting for us, couldnt fault the service, will be using again!!

from arriving at the site to picking up our car four days later, the experience was very smooth. Being able to ring for the transport whilst going through the baggage service was essential as we had only a few minutes to wait for the bus after clearing customs. All in all, a very easy way to park, reducing stress levels for travelling considerably. The buses were of good quality and comfortable. Would use again.

Excellent service, no hassle, no problems. We arrived back at 1.30am on a very cold morning. Pick-up very swift and my vehicle was waiting already heated and demisted. well done.

Initially you seem to be driving well away from the airport, but the transfer is as stated and is fast and efficient. Pick up on return at 1.30am was spot on

Overall an excellent choice. Very helpful and friendly staff, comfortable coach transfers and secure business like premises. Well worth the extra 5 minutes to the airport.

Easy to find the APH dept. frendly staff. clean warm coach for the short transfer to the airport. Excellent service, thanks. If I had to say anything we should have packed the de-icer before we left!!

Check in quick and easy.Coach drivers very helpful and friendly. Collection was quick and car was waiting.All the staff friendly and polite. Overall excellent ,a good start and finish to our holiday.Thanks, will definitely use again.

I chose this parking as it was the cheapest. It was good value for money, however on return to my vehicle I found the handbrake was pulled fully back & locked in position, something I would never do myself as the handbrake can sieze. For this reason, I prefer to park my car myself. You need to allow yourself 30 minutes from arrival at the parking area to diembarking at the North Terminal as it's quite a distance. I arrived very early in the morning, and to their merit the office staff & the coach driver were very poilite, cheerful & professional. Overall a very good service if you dont mind someone parking your car on your behalf.

I was very happy with the service provided, great value for money, brilliant staff and a very secure car park. However I did have trouble finding the car park, whatever you do, don't listen to SatNav!!! just follow the directions provided on your booking form! I would advise that you give yourself allot of extra time, as the transfer to the airport is about 15minutes which is great, however when I was traveling there was a bad accident on the road into the South terminal which delayed the coach quite a bit!Despite this I would definitely recommend this service and intend to use it again quite often in the future!
