Helpful and friendly staff (at an ungodly hour!) It wasn't quite clear to me that I had to type in a stamped 4 digit number to exist the car park - next time I'll know!

We had to come to the car park a lot earlier due to floods in our area we just wanted to get to the airport. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. we have used this car park before and we will be using them in the future. Many thanks

I found the people at the reception desk very quick and efficient, which ensured we got onto the next available coach for our transfer to the airport terminal in good time. I also found the coach transfer service excellent, as there was a coach available to take us to the airport terminal immediately and someone ready to put our luggage onto the coach, so we did not have to take it on with us, which I have had to do so with other Airport Parking companies in the past, which can be a struggle.

as above did have to wait for coach to pick us up from airport upon return which wasn't to long for us as we were last out but did see people from our fllght waiting so they must have been waiting a while. coach driver very plesent and help us with our luggage good prompt service to leave the car park

The car park location and checkin instructions worked like clockwork. Excellent service both to and from the airport, with my car in good condition in the right place at the right time

APH Gatwick had the most orgainsed and efficient team dealing with booking in and collecting that I have seen in any of the offsite carparks that I've used.

very fast , a great service . just one word of warrning if your travelling with a surf board it does say they may not except it ie the smallprint, i had a snowboard and this was no problem so check before you book.

I have used many long term car parks both for business and private use. This one stands head and shoulders over any other. Very quick, efficient and friendly and professional truly sums it up. It was so fast both outwards and inwards. Car bays clearly marked, the carpark well surfaced and a permanant well equiped reception (not portacabin) with well lit and immaculate toilets. Amazingly it was also the cheapest on the day. It is also easy to find and has a 20 minute journey time to the terminal. Oh and the transfer coach was a proper coach with ample room for passengers and luggage -not a beaten up mini bus! Clean and warm too. Well done APH at Gatwick. I was very impressed.

We found the service most Proffesional, Booking the Car in & out Could not Have been easier. The transfer to & especially from the airport was just what you require after a tiring journey both ways

Refer to pros. It did appear we should go through the "no exit" barrier which is what they wanted but seemed a little alien to do that! We took the incorrect entrance but the men were fine. I was a bit unsure about leaving keys in car and I had one stolen years ago from a Ford garage after being asked to leave my keys in a car being serviced! This turned out to be fine as the cars seemed to be moved quite quickly. Thanks guys.

If I had been on my own,I may have found it a problem on coping with luggage on arrival. There were two of us so he stayed outside with luggage while I booked in. But I spose if there had been only one case I could have trundled it into office, so no great trauma.

My car parking from Mon to Friday was £23. Luckily I didn't need to wait on Mon at 0530 for the bus to Gatwick Airport or the bus back at around 1300.

Parking worked well on arrival in spite of horrible weather. Quick book in and almost instant coach to airport departure. Reasonable wait on return at airport. Facility is some considerable distance from airport allow time for this journey. Suggest operator gives alternative directions to facility from eastS(A22)

Directions were simple and precise, staff were extremly friendly and efficient which made my holiday that much easier without having to worry about friends taking/collecting at unsocial hours.

APH was very good value especially as we wanted 30 days. They were prompt to take us to airport on our outward journey but we had to wait 15 minutes for the coach to collect us on our return ( and that's always the bad time as we had just had a 9 hour overnight flight and were exhausted!)

as we left rec. a driver asked straight away, terminal, we replied north please, and thought this was great service, my wifee told him i was just putting ticket on the seat of the car, he loaded another case and left. leaving us at rec. the lady imiediatly recalled him. he took no notice apparantly, whereupon she reported to a supervisor. after await of 30 mins the man on the desk warmed a coach up and kindly took us alone too the terminal after our luggage eventualy came back. We where advised by the reception personel that the matter would be dealt with. kind regards Colin A Foulkes

Can't fault it, very well organised, staff were polite and courteous. Felt that my car was in safe hands. Return process also extremeley efficient. Would definitely use them again.

Friendly staff, good information in relation to finding both the carpark and the coaches. We waited 10 minutes on the way out and less than 1 minute on the way back. Couldn't fault it.

Having had an annoying experience with BCP previously, we decide to try another car park for this holiday. APH was cheaper than BCP, very convenient to get to and the staff were very friendly and efficient, even though it was Christmas Day. The coach drivers were also cheerful and helpful. The coaches were very confortable and clean. Finally, the car park appeared to be very secure and on good road surface as opposed to some car parks used previously. Highly recommended.

Found easily, quickly through routine to airport. Delayed two days coming back (due to flight cancellation) but no problems with car retrieval. Picked up from airport within 15 minutes and again quicky through routine. No penalties added for additional unbooked time (just 2 days fees). Recommended!!!
