We were running late and the parking seemed to be a long way from the airport but the staff were quick and efficient they found our details and we were checked in in minutes. All staff were pleasant. We were expecting them to bring the car to the checkout as we had to call ahead to let them know we'd landed but they didn't (that's the only down side we could see). Still the car was there and in one piece, we would use them again.

Generally well organised and system operates smoothly but a warm waiting room at Gatwick on cold winter nights would be very welcome for passengers waiting for the return coach.

Great Service, our flight was at 7am we got to the car park at 5am checked in which was all very straight forward, the car park all seemed very secure and professional and was half the price of some of the others. Once checked in the coach was parked outside to take you to your terminal, they pack the bags away and off you go, there in ten minutes just like it said on the tin. Pick up was equally as good, they tell where in the kiosk on the ticket and like clockwork they were there when we got off the plane. Would def use again. Jim Bennett

Easy to find, very pleased on arrival to see that the site was well organised and secure. Staff efficient, coach convenient, very happy to use service again.

Friendly staff very helpful. Car ready when we returned. Busy late at night but enough staff to cover.Perhaps the wait for the bus back was a little long - but it WAS a cold night!

Yes on arrival fraught stressed mums like me go lost finding bay 12 for transfer to car park. I found my self on the wrong side of the road, maybe needs better sing posting. Maybe a sign post towards Copthorn from motor way to APH as fraught mum thought I had got lost, (although directions were good I couldn't read them whilst driving) I must say the woman who recieved all my fraught phone calls was very calm. It just was tedious having to go to North terminal to collect folk, just took longer. I will use you again no problem

Always top class. We've always used this particular APH in Crawley by the garage since about 2001, and have never had any sort of problem at all. Coaches are always clean, the drivers by and large are a good laugh and drive well, and the general organisation of bookings is always immaculate. We would never use another car park for Gatwick terminals if we can help it! Mrs Kate Wood

All the arrangements went very well, starting from booking on the internet. Staff were efficient and friendly. The 15 minute coach transfers were very comfortable with little waiting around. We will certainly use this service again.

i could not fault it in any way i will be booking my car in from now on, my wife and i travel to germany once or twice a year to see our friends and spain to see her sister and her husband also my best friend once or twice a year we travel to germany feb and oct and spain in june, july time and sometimes in sept.....murray

We missed the flight the day we parked the car and had to retrun the following day to take the flight.We didn't have to re-book the parking or pay a different rate.

We were booked in for 8.30am which only gave us less than 45 mins forlatest check-in time - so arrived early - no problem. Getting car back at end very fast.

It was the first time we used APH and we were very impressed with the service and the efficiency of the staff. We will use them again when flying from Gatwick.

The instructions we were using to find APH seemed to take us a long way round, but we did find it easily. Efficient, secure parking. Fairly swift transfer to the airport. On our return we did not have to wait very long until a bus turned up. Coaches are used and the helpful driver will but your luggage in the hold so there is no lifting onto luggage racks which suited our family of five

The female who dealt with me when checking-in was holidng a conversation with a collague. She barely registered my presence and asked questions in a bored monotone as though I had committed an offence in arriving. the reception area requires tighter, customer-focussed management.

Very easy to find and very quick to book in. Transfer to the airport was quick even in the early hours of the morning. Had to wait for 20 mins when we arrived back but it was rush hour.

Easy to book and find transfer to airport. Brilliant friendly staff. On return, coach easy to find and car keys were waiting at reception. Altogether a brilliant, stress-free experience.

Very convenient and great service. The only problem was we were going from the North Terminal and it took a while to get there as the bus stopped for a bit in the South terminal.

Very efficient service. Convenient to park and have cases loaded directly on to coach. Good value for money; well worth travelling the extra few miles.

Really pleased that you can drop your car off practically a few feet from the coach unlike some other car park services where you have to struggle to a bus stop. This service is fantastic for families. I have used APH Gatwick before and will certainly use them again. An all round pleasant experience from the staff to the coach driver.

Since we had left our main car key abroad and were using the temporary one, which set off the burglar alarm if not inserted in ignition within 12 seconds of opening door, APH managed extremely well to follow my instructions about this. They were very courteous.
