efficient transfer service and no waiting around, car was taken and returned by valet staff and did not have to worry about the car at all, will definately be using this service again. Thank-you

Reasonably priced Service was pleasent on arrival, process of booking in was quick and simple. Transfer to airport takes longer than other car parks. Upon arrival transfer time again was not as fast as I would have liked

The staff were friendly and very helpful and efficient. They made travelling a whole lot easier and I would definitely recommend anyone to use this again. Transfers were quick and curteous and I felt safe leaving the car.

Everything was well organiised and easy to book over the internet. only criticism - too long a wait at the airport to be picked up. Long queue of us had to wait over 30 mins and see everyone else disappearing. Then 2 coaches came at once.

We found it was an excellent turn round on arrival and departure. Drivers were courteous and helpful. The directions we were given were simple and direct and we were able to find APH without any problems. Booking on line was very easy and we have no hesitation in using APH in the future or recommending APH to friends and family. Thank You

We found the service very well organised; even when our return flight was delayed an hour arriving at 1am the coach was waiting and all the staff were cheerful and helpful.

Everything was good except whoever moved the car changed my radio station to something called magic fm which somewhat annoyed me. otherwise excellent service

excellent value for money, the transfers to and from the airport were spot on,our coach driver was very helpful and would recommend APH on having excellent service.

Like others, we were apprehensive using off-airport eg delay possible at check-in & -off and buses but it was smooth from start to finish in both directions; will definitely use again

When we phoned on our return to UK the lady who took our call was a bit automatic in her instructions. Message was very hurried and unclear. Difficult to follow due to airport noise at callers end. We will use you again and recommend you to others.

Aph carparking at Gatwick is easy to find and hassle free,Nice warm coaches used on the transfers,and good customer service from the drivers,we always use your carparking because of the good service and value for money.

Efficient and friendly booking staff and drivers. Good hi-tech ID systems. Good turn around in and out. Printed directions confusing. A simple map should be download-able as part of the "experience"!

Well i had left it too late to book with my usual car park, who were fully booked, so after looking on the internet, i came across the website, simpleparking.co.uk, which i found very helpful and found somewhere to park the car at such late notice. I had never used APH Gatwick Parking before and wondered why they were so cheap. The staff were very friendly at check in and on return, and the coach drivers helped with the cases both ways. The only downside was the distance from the car park to the airport, and we found we were travelling along the same strech of motorway we had just come from, and i made a comment about how it was a good job there was no traffic jams, on the motorway as this could be a problem when not travelling at 5am. I personally wouldn't park here again, unless as a last option, but this is only due to the distance and worry of traffic, getting to and from the airport.

I can but praise the level of service my wife & i received. The car had it's own arrival bay 6ft from the office whilst I unloaded the car my wife popped in got the form and within munutes we were on the coach heading for the airport. So easy and very clean coaches. one good thing all the luggage goes in the hold not where everyone seats !!!! Highly Recommend You use APH Gatwick

the transfere service was fantastic they were ready and waiting when we went to the airport and when we landed excellent friendly staff i was a bit worried about my car but no damage was done to it i would recommend aph gatwick to anyone.

We drove straight to the parking lot where we were quickly registerd and transported to the airport. Quick pick up on return. All staff extreamly friendly and efficent. We will certainly use them again.

I know the APH is selling parking but some type of cafe or a place to eat could be a good investment. There is no were to eat when you are in the area after or before nomal hours. Mind you I know this applies to all the other parking areas. Maybe they could include info on eating at odd hours on there web-sites or better still campaign for a place to open on a near by site.

I used your svcs for the first time,and was pleasantly surprised about how quickly everything happened,from arrival at the car park,check-in,and transfer to/from the terminal. I have absolutely no complaint whatsoever.

We booked this carpark because it stated a 10minute frequency and transfer service to gatwick north. we arrived at the carpark at 620am, waited till 650 for the bus to leave and arrived at gatwick north at 715am, almost an hour after arrival. the traffic wasnt brilliant, but on the way back from airport to carpark at 3am - no traffic - it still took over 15minutes. As a result the start of our holiday was very stressful as we worried we may miss our flight. being cheap is all very well but transfer times and frequency of service need to be accurate. i would never use this carpark again.
