I travelled very very early in the morning with my young son(who was very tired) had no waiting around going or coming back from holiday, I have used many car parks befor but this one is superb and will definately use them next time. Highly recommend

i have used this parking two times now and found them very helpful never had to wait more than 10 mins for a bus great service will use again 10 out of 10

The service given was of a very good standard.Transfers to and from the airport where excellent,the facilities where very good and clean,the only problem i had was when you arrived to park it was not clear as to where to leave your vehicle. Otherwise it was very good value for money.

Excellent service. Directions to parking from motorway good. Little or no waiting time although it was at an inconvenient i.e. not peak times. Comfortable and efficent transit. Helpful staff. Good experience highly recommended to other customers.

Everything ran very smoothly, we were on the coach on our way to the terminal within five minutes of pulling in to the car park. The return from the terminal to the car park was also prompt, although the coach was full, it was standing room only. This is the second time we've used APH and would certainly use them again when flying from Gatwick.

The instructions for the coach park on return to Gatwick south terminal need to be updated as there is no sign to 'Off terminal courteousy coach park'. Other than that a quick word with information sorted that out. Cheers

I was extreemley impressed with the service; the booking was easy to make on line; the staff were friendly when we arrived. no disrespect it was great to spent so little time there, it was so smooth every thing just flowed. Thanks to all the staff.

I found the booking in very good. It was simple, easy to follow and value for money. The instructions on how to get to the car park were straight forward. At the car park the reception staff were very courteous, professional and helpful. The transfer coach was warm, comfortable, reliable with a very good driver. The above comments apply equally to our return journey. I would not hesitate to use APH again and would reccommend them to friends and family. An excellent service that got our holiday off to the perfect start.

In general we had a very good experience, after we finally found it! The staff were friendly and helpful and we didn't have to wait at all for a bus to take us to the airport. Drivers were also helpful in taking luggage etc. Would recommend and use again.

Suggest publish Post Code of car park for Satnav users. Perhaps on email confirmation of booking. Suggest check info on return instructions for N.Terminal to avoid ambiguity of "cross 2nd traffic lane" or " cross 1st lane TO 2nd lane".

My first time parking at gatwick airport and went to simplyparking and as I am over 60 found the site, information and ease of booking very user friendly. Would use them again for other airports.

The parking is reasonably close to the airport and the transfer process was very smooth and professional. The transfer bus was waiting at the stop when I got out of the airport - most impressive as I only had carry-on and was out very quickly. Friendly and courteous driver - such a pleasant change!!

A wonderful service from the moment we booked on line to our final journey end. When flying from Gatwick we will definitely use this service again. With our thanks to all the staff.

Would definitely use this parking again. Everything went so smoothly, we didn't even have to wait for a transfer as the bus was waiting both times. Could see there might be traffic issues at peak times but we travelled on a Sunday and it was fine (about 12 minutes to South)Can't think how they could make it easier really! Excellent value for money.

Thank you for a really great service, probably the best and I have used many different car parking services for all London airports in the past. It would be even better if you could consider looking into a loyalty scheme where frequent users received a further discount.

Service was excellent all round. The only sour note was realising that both the door-mirrors had been left all changed. This is v.dangerous at night -- it was only when I merged from M23 onto M25 (where there is lighting) that I realised they were set wrong and I could have easily collided with other traffic.

Close to airport, very good service, comfy coach transfer, no waiting, car ready and right outside transfer drop-off point, value for money, everything first class!

My holiday transfer from APH to terminal was very smooth and stress free, very easy and alot better than my expectations. I would not hesitate to use this service again. The particular driver we had on our return was very cheerful and friendly and we commented on what a welcome change to see a happy face and not a jobs worth!!!

Due to heavy traffic we arrived late and nearly missed our flight . The directions and help that the transfer coach driver gave us helped us get through the airport quickly.

The site was easy to find, transfers were frequent and hassle free. Car was ready and waiting when we returned. Excellent value. We will definately use again.
