We experienced no problems whatsoever. The location from the M23 exit was near and easy to find from the directions supplied. On our arrival the paperwork was completed quickly and efficiently while our cases were being loaded and we were away! On our return our phone call to the office was answered quickly and by the time we got to the coach pick-up point the coach was pulling-up. Our car was close to the office, we collected our keys and were off home. The whole operation was smooth and trouble free. Would recommend APH and providing their prices are competitive would definitely use them again.

I was very impressed with the overall professionalism and efficiency. Its nice to know you car will be right there for you when you're back from your trip.

Good value service, helpful staff. However not informed of change of bus stop from the one indicated on ticket, on return from holiday. Despite phoning to arrange car collection, stood waiting at original bus stop watching the coach drive past.

Easy to find location as well as good directions posted within the car park. Good service on arrival, quick and easy check-in and straight onto the coach to the terminal. I was traveling with my 16 month old son and the staff were extremely helpful with my luggage when departing and returning at 2am! Thanks.

This car park facility was easy to find just outside the airport. The service both on the outbound and return trip was efficient, speedy and trouble free. The return bus was easy to find and there as i left the terminal building. All staff were friendly providing an excellent overall service.

This is a great option and the car park was so easy to find. The transfer transport is very regular and so efficient. The coaches were immaculate and the staff very helpful. Very pleasent experience and will definately use APH again!!

APH were in the process of changing pick up points whilst we were away which we were unaware of so on return things were a bit confusing delaying us by missing the bus .Other than that they were ok

Would recommend to anyone and would use again. Car park is a little way from the airport so you need to leave plenty of time to leave car and catch bus. No hiccups either way and we came back in the early hours of the morning. The 52 seater was full of returning customers.

Probably the best carpark i have used at Gatwick. Its so easy to find and 2 mins from M23. Staff were friendly even at 4am, coach drivers were helpful and patient too. Only downfall is its 10 minute drive to terminals but it was such an easy experience it didnt matter, also traffic was very bad on return journey, but coach drivers are in constant contact so we even took a back way route back to the carpark. Overall impressed will be booking through them againwithout doubt.

Easy to locate,dealt with promptly,transfer journey within 5mins from arrival, called APH on freephone from airport upon return,pickup point easy to find, bus arrived quickly, keys for vehicle ready immediately.

An absolute first class service. Easy to find, simple to use, perfect transfers both to and from airport and excellant staff. The best VFM I have seen in a long time. Thank you :-)

You just drive up to the door, go to reception. You empty luggage out od car and it gets loaded on to coach. Your car is then parked for you. On return, your car is brought to reception, luggage unloaded from coach and your off. Fast efficient friendly service. The major bonus is that not only do you not lose your car in one of hundreds of car parks, but it is brought right to your feet. Overall - EXCELLENT

We found APH the best we have used. The staff were very efficient and helpful and the all round experience gave us a stress free start to our holiday.

Very good service with good quality regular shuttle service. The only slight problem I had was that in the airport terminal there is still old information on the signs saying the pick up point was 11 and it is actually 12. After a long flight and early arrival can get confused easily from tiredness. Ensure you read the return ticket as soon as you land so you know to phone them in the baggage reclaim area. I had slight problem getting through when calling. But all in all it was a very good service and I would use them again.

I will certianly use APH again - good value, easy to book, helpful staff when I changed the booking, and we got our car back in one piece when we returned.

It was a good experience, as it took away the stress of trying to find someone to collect us from the airport. When we arrived back at the airport, our car was waiting for us at the car park.

All in all the parking facilities were good and the staff were nice. However, its too far from the airport, by the time youve checked your car in, got on the coach, waited for eveyone else and got to the terminal its like an hour later. When we returned our flight came in at 3.15pm and we didnt get in our car and leave AHP untill 5.00pm, just a long drawn our process when your tired ! Courtlands is better !

This was the first time of using your car park and i must say I was very impressed. I shal be using it again at the end of April and will recomend it to my friends.
