Easy to find and very quick to check in.. Just hand over your booking details and jump in the coach to the airport.. your car is then parked for you.. Very easy and reliable service..

The booking and directions info. was quick and easy. On the day of departure it took only 5 minutes to book the car in, unload luggage and get on the transfer coach. A card with instructions and telephone no. were given to you when booking the car in, and on returning, a phone call was made while in baggage collection and within 10 mins. the transfer coach arrived. At the parking lot the instruction and booking card was handed to the reception and the car keys handed back with the reference bay no. where the car was parked. My car was behind reception and it was a simple matter of transferring the luggage into the car and departing.

I had a trouble free experience using this car park. Staff were friendly. It was relatively easy to find, and generally very well run. The transfer took no less than 20 mins and coaches were fairly regular. A stress free start and end to the holiday and brilliant value

Pretty good service, It was nearly like a valet service with the only difference being that it was about 15 mins drive from the airport, but bus left on time and picked up on time. Note you have to call when you land so that you car is broht out ot the front..and away you go

Finding the car park was easy. Although it was busy I didn't have to wait any time at all to book in. The receptionist was helpful and polite. The driver took care of my luggage without me having to lift it into bus. On return, a bus was waiting for us. I collected the car and was away in minutes. Thank you.

The APH car park was easy to locate, the staff were friendly and efficeint, the vehicle was parked in a secure well lit area and there was even a weighing machine to check your luggage at the car park. The coach drivers were very friendly and helpful and placed the luggage in the coaches for you. The coaches arrive very promptly the only downside being the distance that you have to journey to and from the car park especially during rush hour. All in all an excellent service which I will be using again.

My outbound flight time channged slightly meaning i needed to be at APH at an earlier time than i had booked. One quick and helpful phone call and the situation was sorted out without additional fees being incurred.

A hassle free experience which when arriving back in the country very tired at Midnight made it a pleasable experience. Staff very pleasant and everything ran like clockwork. Would highly recommend.

..it would be helpful if office staff explained exit procedure clearly stating code barrier system We were left to work it out..not best wjen v.tired after long flight and late..2330 car collection. Will use you again tho' for Gatwick flights. Chris Burland

Straight forward directions to location. Quick efficient drop off and collection system. Friendly staff in reception and on coaches. The coach to and from the airport was all that could be asked for. Would recommend them to anybody.

All the staff were so helpful and friendly. We have used this Car Park twice now and will definately use it for all our holidays from Gatwick. We have nothing bad to say about this car park excellent value and with three children it was so easy to just arrive and board the coach to the airport. Thank you

Friendly service offered by all staff. We had no waiting around. Boarded coach straight away,transported quickly and safely. Recommend 100%. You will not be disappointed.....

it was so easy leaving your car everything is taken care for you just drive up leave your keys car is parked for you then on return it is there waiting for you

Reception female staff (2) acted as though there was no customer facing them and continued their domestic conversation while robotically going through the checking in procedure.No greetings or 'thank you's '. Very rude !!

Overall we were happy with the 'experience'but on a cold and wet night because of its distance from the airport I guess it added another half hour to our journey compared with the other parking nearer the terminals.

With the excellant directions given we found the parking area with no difficulties, we had a friendly welcome on arrival and the transfer to Gatwick was quick and efficient, on our return even though it was in the early hours of the morning the staff were all friendly ad helpful. Would highly recommend and if we are lucky enough to go on holiday again in the near future from Gatwick we would definately use APH again.

Effecient and polite staff. Everything went like a dream and really impressed our friends who had never parked off site before. Will definitely be back for more

after years of loyalty to bcp parking i was let down after they wrote off my car without a word of concern.i now hope my loyalty to aph will be sustained.only one visit but so far so good

You'll need to print out the directions .... glad I did. Arrival through boom gate, well signposted. Leave keys IN the car and report to the desk. All very efficient although not overly friendly but perhaps they are tired of happy people off on hols. Bus was waiting but sat for 5 mins or so until the people showed up. Bus happened to be thre on arrival on our return. Rang from airport as soon as we touched down so they could have our car ready (and possibly battery charged up if necessary). I'd use them again.

Our journey to the airport was fine, good service & a coach waiting to take us. The return was terrible as we arrived back at 1a.m. with a 1 year old baby and were left standing outside the terminal for 40 minutes waiting for a coach to turn up despite several phone calls from myself.
