My companion left his rucksack on the coach. You mvoed heaven and earth to get it to him so that he could catch our plane to Edinburgh. Thank you!

First we found it silly to drive pass Gatwick airport at Junction 9 on M23. Later we realized, however, that it didn't matter since the airpark was only about another 10-15 minutes from there. It was very easy to find and the service was really friendly and definitely prompt. We may have been only lucky I don't know but after leaving our car we didn't have to wait a minute for the courtesy coach to take us to the airport. On the way back the service was just as good as before. Next time if we fly from Gatwick we'll book with APH Airpark again without hesitation.

We found all the staff very helpful and polite, we never had to worry about anything. The coach picked us promptly when we came back into the UK, our keys were to hand and the car was easy to find. From the time we left the airport until the time we got into the car at the carpark was approx 30mins Fantastic service. We would not hesitate to use this company again or to recommend them to family & friends

We arrived at the car park and went through the book in process very quickly. Staff helpful. Return trip was ok but worse than outbound. When we got to airport on first day the passengers waiting to travel to their cars were waiting at the set down point and got on the bus there. So we waited at that point on the return journey too. But the female driver would not pick us up there and made us walk 100 yards to the pick up point. At 3:30am we weren't laughing. It was worse for a little old disabled lady who also had to make the trek. Only 100 yards, but petty on the part of the driver. Apart from that the rest of the experience was excellent.

Location very easy to find,with simple parking guide lines, pleasent on site staff, quick straight forward departure and pick up. We recomend APH and will be using them again in September.

Fast and user friendly - very good map directions from website. Friendly coach drivers who were very helpful. Only 2 minutes wait for coach on our return. Would definitely use again.

The efficiency and service at APH is better than any other car parking we have EVER used. We've used APH twice and will be back every time. The place is basic but very clean with no queues and fast, efficient turn around. The drivers wait for you and are very friendly and helpful at both the depot and the airport adding to a relaxing holiday experience - hassle free. I totally recommend APH but do make sure you allow yourself enough time for the depot to airport journey in rush hour traffic.

My times were a bit off both ways:-no problem. coach driver helpfull, waited while we checked in on arival and loaded our cases,along with everyone elses almost with a smile, just the service you need after a flight and fight for your bags

Close enough to the Airport, that I didn't much notice the yourney and time. Had to wait way too long for the buses to dispatch from either location!!

APH is very easily recognized as you approach along A264. Registratgion is quick and courteous. Luggage loaded immediately onto coach. Return: the coach came along as I walked along to the coach stop. At reception, was immediately checked back and given car keys and bay location. Will use APH again on all trips.

Was really pleased with out car-parking experience. Although the site is a little way from the airport the transfer both ways was swift with little waiting around. The staff were friendly and helpful and the instructions were easy to follow. All very straight forward and would definitely use them again.

About 15-20 mins away from airport.Easy to check in.Had to wait about 20 mins for coach when we came back.I would recommend this car park as it is good value for money.

We arrived at the carpark registered & on the coach to the airpost with in 10 minutes & we were dropped off by the entrance. Staff within all areas of AHP were very friendly even at 2am

It is a very efficient operation. I have used a number of airport car carks over the years and this is by far the best. It is a far cry from trying to find your space, then dragging your luggage to the bus stop, only to have an emotionless driver watch you struggle to get all on before he speeds off at the speed of light in order to meet his time table. Then abandoned you at the kerb to get it all off again (sound familiar?). APH are totally different. You arrive at reception where you leave your car and book it in (a matter of seconds), and then your bags are loaded by the driver. This is followed by a sensible drive to the terminal, where the driver unloads your luggage for you. When you return, just ring the number you are given before collecting your bags and your car is waiting for you back at reception. In short, a hassle free, relaxing experience after a long flight. I will definitely use APH again

Cannot fault the service in any way. Staff courteous and helpful, easy to follow directions to car park and prompt clean transfer coaches. Keep doing what you are good at, will be using your services again, and would thoroughly recommend you to family and friends.

I am pleased with the service provided, however it is particularly difficult for single people to use your service when travelling with sports equipment. My bike is bagged and is not that much bigger than an oversized suitcase, but it leaves me with a dilema each time I travel with it as to how I am going to park my car and get to the airport with my equipment. Travelling alone does not offer an option of dropping it off and having someone look after it until arriving back. Can your company offer any assistance as my next trip out of Gatwick will be on 30th May with a bike.

Followed the directions and found the car park straight away (very rare for me as I have no sense of direction) Greeted by very friendly counter staff and the coach drivers are great. Coach was at the stop to collect us within a couple of minutes. Excellent service and value - will be using again and recommending to friends and family. Thank you for making the this part of our travel stree free!

This is not the first time i have used APH nor the last, they are by far the cheapest and the facilities are second to none for car parking. the journey is a short commute from the airport but takes only 12 mins to the terminal.

We found the whole experience of parking here so easy, it is all well organised and our vehicle was almost waiting for us to get off the coach, maybe if there is a down side, it was having to travel from the south terminal to the north terminal before going back to base.

on may return to my car it had been hit this was not reported until i went back into the office to report it this is now costing me time and money getting quotes and i will be with out my car for 2 days for the repairs to be done
