I rang APH on arrival as reqd at Gatwick, before I had chance to speak they knew who I was and what plane I had returned on. "coach is there sir". is that slick or what!!

On our return a couple got on our bus by mistake and even though we were half way to your parking lot your driver took him all the way back to Terminal 2. Very irritating when he should have everyone on the 'right' bus directly to our cars and made the other couple wait!! I know he was only being kind but not the right way round!

It was very early in the morning and after seeing at least two coaches from each of the other parking companies stop it was a bit frustrating. Probably worse because we were so tired.

have parked at just about every carpark around with being a frequent flyer. aph although slightly further away from the nearest on airport parking, i find them to have the most frequent pickups and are never left hanging around in the wet and cold like others which i have at midnight.also no hunting around for your car,so i personally highly recommend and use them.

My fault really, had not realised that coming from the M25 (north ) I would have to drive almost 5 miles or so past the airport to get to APH. Should have chosen a parking venue closer. No fault of yours though !!

Excellant directions given.Good impression on arrival. Building and site clean and well maintained. Toilets and vending machine available. Staff very efficient and transfers went like clockwork. I would use this car park again.

On arrival everything was excellant until arrival at the coach nobody was in attendace so I put my cases in the luggage bay before I could board somebody being the driver who came from the coach in the rear and asked rather abrutley if I had put cases in the luggage bay to which I said yes he then started to lecture me about what I should and should not do (Nothing was in the e-mail that I received mentioned about anything about loading of cases) I told him if he was at his coach then this incident would not had taken place then he started carrying on about my safety by this time I had had enough and boarded the coach. Hopefully this is a one off incident we had no problems on our return will try again when next flying from Gatwick

I am going to use you again as you were easy to find and the staff were bright and friendly even after midnight. The driver was lovely and helped us all with our lugage. Well done see you shortly.

On arrival prior to my journey the staff in the office and the coach driver were a joy to deal with. However on my return to the office after my journey i was "greeted" by a woman that in my opinion was either tired or had not had a good day and was very rude and her customer services must have a been bottom of her list of priorities. There was a query with my duration of parking which i had doubled checked that i had payed for the correct amount of days before by departure both in the office and via the telephone and was informed that it was all correct. Upon my return this particular lady dealt with this in the complete wrong manner.In my opinion maybe this lady should not work the night shift if she is tired. However, credit where credit is due everything apart from this lady is a credit to your company and our coach driver who took us there helped us more than his call of duty and the rest of the staff where polite,friendly and helpful, this woman is the only thing that let your company down. Overall a very pleasant experience. Good access & easy to follow check in procedure. Very little wait for the (new) coach to the airport with driver loading cases for you. On return (at 2am) a quick phone call saw a coach arrive within 10 minutes and enough staff at parking area for prompt return of keys/vehicle.

I was pleased with the effiency and curtesy of the car park staff. However, it was a pity that the driver on the return journey was rude and unhelpful and mishandled our luggage.

I was really pleased at how polite the staff where both upon my outbound journey and my return - the transfer service was very efficient and i'd definately recommend APS to others.

Have used this car park before and they offer good value for money with no problems. Easy check in, regular, reliable coaches to transfer you to and from the airport, and a number that you can call on your return so that you don't have to wait ages. Overall it makes this part of your journey hassle free.

The customer service was brilliant - Every one on hand to help and were professional and helpful. Carrying bags and taking car to car parking space - All in all a very good experience

It all worked a treat, even though we were delayed by 8 hours. One call to alert you and coach was there to meet us within 7 minutes and car ready at your site.

This being my first time using airport parking i was a bit nervous. It was easy to get to, you drop the car at booking in office and hop on the coach, it could'nt be simpler. On returning, the coach driver was very jovial and helpful, car was ready waiting for us to collect, no waiting around.

I was very impressed by the professionalism of the operation - it was all very sleek and worked really well No hanging around for the bus to get to the airport and no confusion when picking the car back up

On the outward journey, driver stated that North Terminal would be second stop. It was, in fact, the first stop, but he didn't tell anyone of the change, causing confusion. When challenged, he was less than friendly. On the return, the coach waited at the wrong stop and drove past those of us at the correct one, despite being flagged down. We had a 30 minute wait for the next one which, as a result, was packed out with irate travellers. You need to work on driver training to avoid losing more customers!

I booked late so printed out the internet travel instructions and went round in circles. Better to reiterate A264 as main instruction. Otherwise good, accepting a longish journey to North terminal.Coach awaiting us on arrival following phone call--very efficient.

This was m first ever experience with aiport parking so I was quite sceptical. However, the place was very easy to get to and the customer service was excellent. The transfer bus was there and we got to the airport within 20 minutes of checking in at the car park. Upon return, I just rang them before clearing at Customs and when I got to the tranfer stand, it was there within 5 minutes. When I got back my car was ready and in good state. So thank you very much.
