Great service, there was no hanging around, there was coaches waiting for us both end, would happily use again

On the morning we departed for our holiday there was a good 30 minute wait for our bus to depart. Driver requested to leave several times and was told no. Then he wanted to go straight to the north terminal as all the passengers were for there and he was told no. Go via South terminal. Coming back was fine

Further out than some car parks. Need to leave more time to get to the airport. On a previous return trip had to wait for another car to move ( some 10 mins) before I could get mine out. I use it because it is cheaper than BCP but I think the standard is higher at BCP.

Had trouble with my car on my return and the duty manager and staff were really helpfull in assisting me, great service

A suitcase was taken by someone else on arrival at Gatwick Airport. The office staff were extremely helpful in trying to help locate the luggage. Nothing was too much trouble and anyone we spoke to new of the situation. On return to the UK a statement was ready to take with us to help try and get the luggage returned.

First time we have used APH and overall the experience was one of a friendly and efficient operation. Only complaint: we telephoned at 00.10 hrs on arrival at Gatwick before collecting baggage, as instructed. Coach did not arrive until 01.15 by which time we had been waiting over 35 mins and spent more time waiting for the bus than it had taken to clear immigration and customs. Delay resulted in passengers making chase up calls but with little info in response. By time coach arrived waiting passengers filled the coach and left two still standing. Because of this incident I will probably re-evaluate parking provider on next trip.

Left sunglasses in office. Came back from holiday and they had put them in my car, thank you. Being a smoker the coach driver reminded me that the whole terminal is no smoking, thanks driver.

Minor criticism that despite the efficiency of the whole process, the desk staff were slightly abrupt and could have been friendlier. We have used APH before and would do so again.

We had used APH many times before but not for the last 10 years or so, due to not flying from Gatwick. We were not dissappointed, and will not hesitate to use APH again.

I have used APH and find them very helpful. On this occasion I had to change my vehicle just before my stay I rang APH and it was sorted in a moment, very pleased.

Easy to find, friendly staff who are very efficient at their jobs. For no stress parking I would book APH again and again.

The car park was really easy to find, the staff were very helpfull, especially the coach driver. The whole experience was great - I would definatly use APH again.

All went very smoothly, the transfer coaches were quick, clean and efficient. We'll definitely use that car park again.

Very good service, but we had to wait over 20 minutes to be collected from Gatwick (it was nearly midnight, so perhaps the coaches are more regular during the daytime).

I have used APH on several occasions now and have found them to be excellent. The car park is very easy to find and the coach is always there ready to take you to the airport. For the return journey I've never had to wait too long for the coach (if it's not already there). They are usually the cheapest so will continue to use them in the future.

Good directions to parking, although further off motorway than expected. Very quick and easy system, friendly staff and quick transfers to airport. Car had flat battery on return and this was quickly sorted by staff. Would use again.

It was a straightforward procedure, with efficient and friendly staff, a useful weighing scale for luggage, and, travelling with small children it was helpful having toilet facilities at the parking site.
