From arriving at the car-park, through the transfer to the airport, everything went very smoothly.To be able to pre-book took away alot of the anxiety. Would certainly use this service again.

Value for money,surfaces are not great but security and transfers are spot on. I have used this car park several times and will continue to do so. The bus drivers are most helpful helping with our luggage and even helping our youngest on to the bus. Thumbs up from us.

Car park 7 is one of the furthest car parks from the terminal but we only had to wait a couple of minutes for the transfer coach both going and on return.

Dropping car off easy and pleasant. Smoothe transfer. Had a little wait at the airport on a cold early morning return. Car ready and waiting. Would use again.

never used this car park before as usually trvel from leeds bradford airport if possible. however, easy to find from internet directions. we didnt deal with any staff as our departure and arrival times meant there was no one there. initially this was a worry however the automated system worked perfectly and would use this car park again if travelling from e..midlands. the transfer buses are clean regular and from car to terminal. we would recomend to friends and familly.

We found that the car parking area was a fair distance from the terminal and on our return we had difficulty in locating our car due to the driver of the bus dropping us off at the wrong location despite us giving him the correct information.

Despite its cheaper price we had no problems using this car park. The transfers seemed to be very frequent and there were plenty of spaces despite being half term week. With two small children and lots of bags it really wasn't too bad at all!

The website was easy to use with lots of information available and easy to read. Airport transfers were good and arrived promptly with the minimum of fuss. Overall, it saved me time and patience in finding the right carpark for my vacation and reduced one source of headache in sorting out a trip. Thank you.

No staff at the car park and as a single female traveller I would not use this one again as it felt very isolated and far away from anyone or anything.

Our plane arrived one day late due to a bomb scare at Geneva Airport. I accessed the phone on the gate and it was opened without further charge. It was good of your Company to do this fine act which was gratefully received. Thank you. David Hunter

The only issue we have with it is that you need to know what you are doing. We'd used the same car park last year and did have complications last time BUT instructions appeared far clearer this time. There were some people though who didn't really know what to do. A "patrolling help man" would be useful. Just a suggestion.

If the operating personel had been more efficient and we had been aload to leave on quoting our correct reference nomber then the complete package could not have been better

The peace of mind is worth the cost alone. The transfers were regular, practically no waiting and the bus drivers were friendly and helpful. will definately use again and recommend.

Every thing was so straight forward, from booking over the internet to going away. Car park 7 is a little out of the way, but the bus service to and from the car park is very good. we didnt have to wait very long at all to be picked up and taken to the main terminal. the same can be said of the return journey. fantastic service, will use all the time we travel from east mid airport.

This was a simple and cost effective way to book car parking, with the knowledge that the car was safe with full transportation to and from the airport. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and I definitely would recommend this to other potential customer and will use the service again.

Did not encounter any staff on arrival or departure from the car park but it did not matter as I did not require their assistance,therefore, I am unable to answer the first question above. Buses very regular and overall the process was very straightforward.

Found the car park easy enough. Followed instructions received when booking and everything was easy. Will be using this car park again next year.

From beginning to end this was an excellent service. Paperwork arrived promtly with clear instructions. The parking is well signposted, we parked up and got a transfer within 2 minutes. On return, found the info booth and transfer stop easily, reurned to the car as we'd left it and made our way home. Excellent service all round
