A good parking experience. The parking area was a long way from the airport entrance but the shuttle bus arrived quickly. The drivers were very pleasant and helpful. Good value for money!

only surprise is that having paid in advance, we then had to report to a desk upon return to the country (in the early hours of the morning) to enable us to get our car out. Wouldn't it be easier to allocate a code or token to ensure exit rather than queuing at a desk in the early hours of the morning? A good internet booking system that seems to fall at the final hurdle.

Nothing wrong except the surface was a bit of a mess, loose stones and holes in the tarmac. In fact there were massive puddles everywhere around the cars making it awkward to get in and out without getting wet. I understand you cant help the rain but if the surface was better, tarmac covering everywhere, then the puddles wouldn't have been as big or deep. But this is my only moan, staff were friendly, especially the gent in the office where we went after we had landed.

I possibly will use you again, but I think it was a little overpriced.

one problem on returning to catch coach back to car park it was not parked in allocated parking bay..

Straightforward and efficient parking process. Very regular buses to and from the airport terminal. No problems with ticket validation and exit of car park and speedily off on journey back home. Will definitely use the service again.

For late night returns all you want to do is get to your car and get home I would consider this car park too far away

The only thing to say is that we used carpark 6 as 7 is currently closed. Also on the ticket you print off the website its not that clear where to go the ticket office... I think what it calls it on the email is not what it is signposted. I wandered up and enquired as to where it was and it was the right place - so maybe better wording or signposting would help.

Booked the lond stay with instant transfer, car park was closed - no very good notice of closure. Had to use car park 6 with 20 minute transfers. Due to waether conditions it was crucial for a quick transfer to make the flight. Had to rush through customs and run to gate, just made the flight.

No staff seen except for Driver. Did not get instructions on how to exit but asked driver. Otherwise fine.

Easy access and transfers were reqular and on time. Found no problems and would definitely use again

My experience would have been excellent except when we returned the car park was akin to an ice rink with no sign of an attempt to grit ir.

Arrived and drove the surprisingly long road to the car park, parked the car and after a couple of minutes the bus arrived to take us to departures. On arrival back I had to find my ticket to get it authorised at the kiosk which was a bit of an unneccessary faff made worse as it was nightime and building work meant an odd route out of the terminal resulted in not having a clue where to go. The bus back was prompt and easy.

Very good, parked up, bus arrived in less then one minute of arriving! All staff were very friendly & helpful

The car park was clearly signposted although we never thought we were going to get there because it was a long way from the terminal. We found a space easily and the bus driver saw us get out of the car, waited for us and picked us up even though we weren't at a bus stop. (I was using a walking stick as I have rheumatoid arthritis so that was very helpful.

Didn't have to wait long for transfer in to the terminal. A bus was already waiting to take us back to the car park. Excellent value for money.

The car park was well signposted, and although it seems to be the furthest one from the airport, we did not have to wait long for the bus, either time. It's good on leaving as you come out straight onto the road with a clear sign for the M1

We found the carpark very easily, had no trouble finding a space. It felt a long way from the airport but the buses ran very regularly, we waited only a matter of minutes and had not trouble finding space for our cases and somewhere to sit. We were dropped off just where we needed to be. Coming back on a Saturday there was a long queue for the bus but we didn't have to wait longer that about 15 minutes and then had no problems. Overall easy and good value for money.

Everything was ok till leaving, when we could not get out of the carpark without inserting credit card. We had already paid in advance. We rang up but have heard nothing after a long time.
