Will definitely use Airparks again.

Very good service all round from drop off to collecting the car on our return.

This is the smallest Reception area I have ever seen at Airport parking. Very cold and you had to go outside to the loo. Lots of people waiting in a tiny, tiny area. Spoilt the experience of starting your holiday. We had to wait for at least 30 mins until there was a few people to go on a coach. If you expect people to wait then you should provide a decent facility.

Transfer buses arrived as soon as we rang from airport, no hanging around, friendly helpfull staff.

We always use Airparks when flying from East Midlands because the service is always very pleasant and extremely efficient. It is very conveniently situated and the airport transfer service is frequent and efficient, sometimes taking just a very few people rather than waiting for a full bus load. On return phone response is speedy and pleasant and the bus arrives very quickly if it is not already there waiting! I can confidently recommend Airparks at East Midlands and have also used their service at Manchester.

Would definitely use car park again. Transfers were first class. Drivers helpful. Easy access from motorway. Cost was good.

Could do with a more substantial covered bus stop at airport when waiting for coach to pick up.

Really pleased we found your site on the internet - we will use you again in the future - we live half way between Manchester and Derby so we find it really convenient to travel from the East Midland airport - but expensive for a private transfer (taxi) - also the transfer from the car park did not take as long as stated on the booking form.

Please defrost my car while waiting for transfer, offer valleting service.

Easy to book. Operatives were polite and efficient. On our return from holiday, late in the evening, the coach turned up as soon as we arrived at the pick up point. We were back at the car park and in our car within a matter of minutes. Nothing to complain about at all.

We actually got on the wrong bus which was signposted from inside the terminal building. Therefore we spent a full hour being transferred around the car parks before realising that I should have gone to a different area to get on an airparks bus. My fault also because it was highlighted on the back of the ticket but it was not clearly identified to me and we were very frustrated because all we wanted to do was go home. I was even prepared not to visit east midlands airport again for my journeys but when I got home I found that I had booked to go from east midlands 27/3 - 3/4 so will book with you again closer to the time, but the procedures for first timers need more explanation and also need signing from inside the airport on arrival. Sorry for the average feedback but this is the truth.
