Friendly and helpful staff. A very good transfer service. We will definitely use Airparks for East Midlands Airport in the future.

Going on was fine but on return the bus was full and it took considerable time for people to load large cases.

Coach was on time and the driver knew of our arrival. Pleasant staff. Quick key pick up. Bit congested leaving the car park, with queuing cars to pick luggage up and exit. Would definitely use again.

Immediate parking on arrival was very quick and effective. But when we were the last out of the airport after a late night return flight we found the coach had not waited for us. It did return to collect us but for 15 minutes or so we weren't sure what was happening. A contact telephone number for the East Midlands Airparks office would have been useful at that point. Otherwise very good.

The Airparks parking service was what I expected.

Arrived at 4.30am and had to wait outside in cold for 20 minutes until the next coach came. On arrival back to East Midlands Airport the coach was waiting and I was in my own vehicle within 20 minutes. Would use the Airparks service again.

Directions were easy to follow. Service was efficient and cheerful There was no waiting for transfers, and we didn't have to phone from the airport on return, so there was no queuing for phones or trying to find change. I thought that the price was a bit high, considering it was winter. It is the most we have paid for parking at an off peak time.

On my return journey back to the car park, the bus driver was fabulous. He helped everyone to load their luggage, really chearful.

Excellent service from booking in to leaving car. Bus travel to airport within minutes both for outbound and return flights. Car parked waiting for us outside office on return! Most impressed.

Certainly could recommend it. And will use it agin when we fly from EMA.

Good service, rapid polite staff. No problems at all, easy drop off, speedy transfer and handy location. Great all round.

Everything was a great success. The transfer and pick up was done without a hitch. The staff did all they could to help and did it with a good sense of humour.

As I was on easy jet with 30 minutes check-in I found the 20 min wait almost made us late, I thought transfers were on demand, otherwise very good price - will Airparks again.

I certainly think this was value for money and would use the service again. The process was swift which it needed to be as we were quite late and the driver very friendly and helpful with bags etc. Thank you.

Slow response on pick up on return journey, waited over 15 mins at 11.00pm for a journey that only takes 5 minutes. Expected vehicle to have been moved closer to reception, ready for our return. Quite a walk to get to it. Service on the above is not up to standard of competition, i.e. APH.

Simple, efficient, hassle-free airport parking. That's exactly what we need getting away on our hols and coming home when its over. Airparks do it well, job done.

My wife is disabled and uses a wheelchair, but we had no trouble at all. We were treated very well, with no inconveniences. The coach driver on our return, (in the early hours of the morning !) was most helpful and extremely cheerful. The park staff were also extremely helpful as our arrival was somewhat unexpected. Would recommend the service without reservation.

On return from holiday we had to wait too long in the cold for the bus to collect us from the airport. If it had been raining or snowing this would have been unacceptable.
