No hassles at all. Coach transfer driver very helpful with cases. Only suggestion would be that Airparks sign needs to be more clearly marked from main road- We did not realise it was located actually on site of Donnington race park and had some problems finding it.

Would definately use your services again. The whole thing was a stress free and pleasant experience.

Entered Airparks post-code into web mapping site and it took me to the wrong place.

Park in the pouring rain, haul bags to reception in pouring rain, haul bags back across car park to coach (in pouring rain) which then drives within 2 feet of reception on way out???

We have regularly used Airparks at Donnington Park when we fly from East Midlands Airport. We have never had any problems and have never had to wait very long for a bus to and from the airport. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful.

good service to use, easy transfer to airport. reliable,good value for money.

would definitely recommend they assisted where they could and made the start and finish of our holiday enjoyable. will use again

The staff were really good and very helpful. Service all round excellent. It would be good if there was a little more lighting as we picked up our car at about 11pm. Other than that everything was great. Good value for money.

We had to wait rather longer than usual for he return transfer i.e. over fifteen minutes, and the poor lighting in certain parts of the car park meant some difficulty in locating our car. However, the reception was very friendly and welcoming.

First time I have used this car park, but if the price remains good value for money ,will certainly use again.

Finding the car park from the motorway was easy, it was also conveniently close to the airport which was an advantage on this occasion as I encountered delays and speeding restrictions on the motorway even at three o'clock in the morning, staff were helpful and the transfer to and from the airport was simple and without difficulty.

Everything was spot on - with regard to the pre-posted card assessment. I think that this should be thought through a little more - the card is unsealed and some of the information required on the card might become useful to fraudsters etc. You may wish to re-consider.

The park was easy to find ,we were transported very quickly & picked at airport within five minutes on our return ,a very good service , thankyou

Staff very friendly and a very well run efficient business.Car was how we left it.Also i think the valeting service is a excellent idea. All in all good value for money. Only downside may be sign posting could be better just my oppinion.

On the website it stated that coaches would depart from the car park to the airport every twenty minutes. I just missed a coach leaving the car park, and had to wait a half an hour before the next coach left.

Queues at the desk, staff standing around outside. Bus filled to the max. Waiting to the return bus, large queue and matter of fact staff. Admittedly the drivers were both pleasant and polite. Once even help an elderly couple with the cases.

I spent about 1/2 hour to find the car park as there is no sign board to point me to the car park. At the end, I missed my flight. For first timer, it would useful to go early, say 2 hours. Besides, my side mirror is broken.

We were unhappy with the wait for transfer on return, and in future won't use the car park as we will choose an onsite where the buses are every couple of minutes. The staff were very friendly and security was good, but we returned late at night and the lighting wasn't very good. Not bad, as it's much cheaper than others but we won't use again due to the delay in transfer.

we were a bit late for the coach so we were offered a drop off and pick up service there and then for a little extra. our car was waiting for us when we got back and it was no hassle at all. car park is so close to airport there is no point paying extra to park on site.

It was unfortunate but entirly predictable that they needed 2 coaches to get us all back promptly n return form our holiday but only sent one - a bit disappointing really.
