Park and Fly is by far the best value for money that I could find. It's a bit of a distance from the airport but the service was prompt and the staff friendly. If I had a criticism it would be that I had to wait more than the 10 minutes I was told to be collected on my return and the weather was cold and wet, but other than that, it was fine. I would use them again.

It was quite wet when I arrived back into the UK and having to walk across the uneven and slippery surface was a touch trecherous!

Cheap parking and very friendly staff, though the Car Park itself could do with some TLC. Surfaces weren't great and the ramps were a bit extreme (especially for my old Fiesta)! Other than that - all good, great staff and pretty good transfer system. I'd use this company again.

Perhaps an addition to the 'directions' to Park and Fly might refer to the 'Mushrooms' turning. We drove by twice. Did not detract from a very good experience. Will definitely use again.

No complaints. It was our first time using Park and Fly. The experience was very much as described by others. Venue not well signposted but forewarned was forearmed. Staff varied in attitude - from surliness of receptionist on arrival to a driver on our return for whom nothing was too much trouble.In all, good value for money

Easy to find, parked and left within 5 minutes - same on the way back, even though it was midnight. With just me and my daughter travelling was concerned that it was going to be very dark to find car in the huge car par, but car was about 5 cars away from the office! Great.

As other reviewers have stated the car park surface isn't smooth, but everyone we had contact with were very friendly and efficient. My boyfriend was most impressed with the amount of space between the parked cars. Would use again and be happy to recommend.

Everything went smoothly. They were a little hard to find but no real problems. Transfers were frequent, on time whenever you need them, and staff were very helpful. Would not hesitate to use again if travelling from Bristol airport.

Cheapest Bristol airport parking. Transfer was waiting on arrival and only quick call away on returning from our holiday. Will definitely be using them again!

I booked the parking primarily on price. I read some fairly negative reviews on the site but decided that, as I was only on a 4 day trip, to give it a try. First the positives, the price is notably lower than other parking sites. I found the location pretty easy to find from the directions sent (just as a tip, when you turn into the road at the budgons petrol station, ther is a mini roundabout in a hundred metres, you need to take the 1st exit NOT into Lower Langford. Follow the road which is very narrow in places and the mushroom farm is on your left as you leave the stretch of houses). Now for the negatives. On arrival the girl on the counter was sullen and curt. As the first point of contact she hardly made us or our custom feel valued. A smile costs nothing and she certainly wasn't going to grace us with one. I do not enjoy being made to feel that my custom is an inconvenience to someones day and wonder if she's be any happier unemployed? The parking process was fine and requires you to leave your car at the reception and leave your key for them to park (always a risk but, on our return the car was reasonably parked and undamaged). The van that took us to the airport was covered in graffiti inside and not in the best of repair but the driver was pleasant enough and you are only in the van a few minutes. The drop off point is at the end of the airport and within about 40m of the entrance. Unfortunately, on our return we called the number on the receipt as directed and went to the collection point. This is where the procedure became a free for all. we arrived at the location and sat down on a bench, the first people there. But as the van turned up another group of travellers shot past and threw their luggage onto the van leaving no room for ours or us. This could easily be remedied by having a list of names to pick up so there is an order. The driver told me that there was another van just behind him. We waited and waited (other passengers turning up and getting ready for the next queue jump!) it took another 20mins before the next van arrived. This van was fine and the driver was chatty and friendly and we got back to the site quickly. We went and found our car. The site is not exactly the best surface and if you had a sports car you could easily ground it out on the kerbs and dips. As we got to the lane to exit, another pick up van came in and the driver (who could have backed up around 10 feet to let me get by) sat there and gestured for me to reverse (about 80 feet) and couldn't even thank me as he got by...very rude! All in all, some of the staff were pleasant but most were hardly customer focussed. The parking area is really uneven and could damage some cars (you've no way of knowing how much care they take over parking your car). The site isn't very secure at all. However, it is cheaper than other sites and the process is simple enough. I have to be honest, I've booked additional parking at Bristol for another trip and I've paid the additional few pounds to park at the Silver Zone. I just didn't feel that the saving outweighed the service and quality.

Hard-working, friendly staff making sure I got from the car-park to the airport and back as quickly as possible. You can't ask for more. Sure, the car-park itself is a bit pot-holed and basic but for the money this is really excellent. Maybe I was lucky but all the staff were really nice and, what is most important, I spent about a total of 6 minutes at the car-park for arrival and return. I got there, gave in my car keys, jumped in a mini-bus and was off to the airport at once. Same being picked up - can't fault it really.

Quick transfers helpfully friendly staff ,easy to find will deffinatly be using again.

We literally got off our plane and jumped straight on to a transfer bus, as we was leaving another one pulled up behind us. My car was kept safe, all staff were friendly. We got on a bus before our phone call was answered as no one picked up until after a few attempts at calling. All was fine and I would recommend the service to friends and family.
