The car park is about 5/10 minutes from the airport on a mushroom farm so the only fault would be lack of sign posts to find the place. I only found the car park because I read someones review on the net. The whole experence was so professional, the check in and transfer was very quick and on my return the mini bus was there in less than 10 minutes of me calling them. Excellent value for money and first class service, will be definitely be using this company again.

Easy to find, good value & fast reliable service. Only 10 mins drive to the airport, friendly staff - BUT, ParkAnFly wont be responsible for any damage whilst your car in there care...so if you have a nice car?? Maybe think twice. i have a very nice BMW, and I have to admit it did worry me while I was away.

The most competitive airport parking we could find with no compromise on transfers to the airport or the pick up. Absolutely no complaints.

flight cancelled due to volcanic ash couldnt get through to car park by phone to cancell so lost my money

The service from staff and the transfers were excellent, the car park was easy to find and the security of my car was a priority.

in view of cancellation of flights for return trip, "Thanks" go to the staff at Bristol for handing the keys to my car to my son who collected my party from Portsmouth

I did overshoot the turning for the car park, the sign for the mushroom farm is on the left hand side of the entrance - (it would help to have a sign on the right hand side?). My advice is to slow down on this last bit of the journey!

The drop off was immediate and we only had to wait 5 mins for the pick up. Excellent Service. Even the complications of cancelled flights and extra days being needed was handled OK. It would have been nice to have a confirmation text to say everything was OK with the extension though.

Very helpful whilst stranded overseas during "Volcano" period - charged a very reasonable rate for the extra 8 days parking. No complaints.

Thanks to other reviewers I stopped at the mushroom place, from where I could see the car park sign.

The minibus taking us to the airport broke down and despite the driver telling us continuously that a replacemwnt was coming. After about half an hour of waiting in the pouring rain, we flagged down a passing taxi to get us to the airport. We understand that the taxi driver billed ParkAnFly for the journey as we did not pay for it. Overall, not a good experience. The collection service was however superb. We phoned ParkAnFly when we exited the baggage collection area and the bus turned up exactly ten minutes later. We were then driving from the airport less than forty-five minutes from landing.

Found it ok on the sat nav, checked in within 10 mins and on arrival I made a quick call and bus was sent as informed, overall "did exactly what it said on the tin"

Parkanfly advertise as transfers on demand, but I had to wait 15 minutes for my transport in the morning. Then a journey parkanfly advertises as 10 mins took exactly 15 mins.

Great service. Very cheap. Very efficient. Back to basics prices and style.

One of the cheaper park anf fly offers we found, I do believe in you get what you paid for, but this service was pretty bad. They didnt have enough space for people on the transfer back to the carpark so had to keep coming back and forth, we ended up waiting 1 hr in the freezing cold for our tranfer. When I told the lady driving the 2nd bus we were next in line and could we get on she told me unless i had phoned and spoken to her then no. I told her I had phoned twice and there was no answer both times and i had left a message on the answer phone. She refused to let us on, and said we had to wait half an hour for the next bus. I then phoned and got through to someone who said "there is no point telling me, im driving a mini bus!". I know its cheap, but why take that many bookings if you clearly cant cope with that amount of people - get more transfer vehicles or stop taking bookings! All it would have taken for me to write a good review was a polite "we are very sorry for your wait, we weren't expecting this many people to come in at once and thanks for waiting", Manners cost nothing! Won't be using them again!

The vans for transportation were not very clean other than that all was okay.
