outgoing trip ok returning trip not rang rhem from airport told me on next but one transport when bus arrived everyone got ob leaving me to wait another 20mins this was at 2am in morning

have used this park and go facility 3 times this yr, going away again on 30th of september and wont be looking anywhere else, prices are great and service is excellent. pick up is prompt.

This site seems to be referred to as Monaghan's Mushroom Farm, Park and Go, or Park and Fly, yet the bus that came soon after our arrival had WMC or WAC or AWC or similar on it, consequently we did not realise it was for us and had to wait with another couple for over 30 mins for the bus to return. We had all phoned, so surely they knew how many to pick up? The driver just shrugged. Due to the long wait,and faced with a 90 min journey, I wanted to use the loo in the car park. It was in a container, and disgusting. Dirty, no loo paper, so if this counts as a facility, it scores zero.It is cheap, and could be more efficient if they sort out what to call themselves

The staff were okay - it was the stentch from the Mushroom Factory that will wrench your stomach. The permanent stench of sewerage. It is too chaotic for kids so if you have children - park elsewhere. If you are a couple and are on a budget it is ideal - but if you love your car - use the meet and greet service as you'll have palpitations watching them negotiate a vehicle around yours - that being said they are good drivers. An okay service for the money.

Site was easy to find. Staff very friendly and helpful. Minibus was a bit battered, but deposit and pickup at airport were fine.All in all, a very satisfactory service at a reasonable price.

This is as basic as parking gets. The lot resembles a conctreted farm yard, and the office is a portacabin. The staff were polite enough (immigrant in office) and efficiently processed us. The transfer to the airport is a very basic and dated van. On our return we had to all climb through the back doors as the side one did not work. Oh well, for the money not too shabby and I expect that the tenner I saved over the official car parks is better used to buy a pre flight drink than line Bristol airport's pockets.

Travelling can be a stressful expierience, especially when there are planes to catch. Always give yourself plenty of time. Overall always pleased with their service I think it offers ok value for money and for me offers a south west side for parking. Many thanks.

I arrived at the car park an hour before the gate for my flight was due to close. It took such a long time to get people on to the minibus I reached the airport 5 minutes before the gate closed - and was still in the car park. It was very rushed and I had to queue jump numerous people to get my flight. When I returned I phoned to say my flight was landed and was told 15 minutes... eventually a minibus that seated 8 arrived to pick up 19 waiting passengers! So with several other people I waited over 40 minutes to be picked up. The car park was cheap - but the organisation was very poor, and I have decided that the train/bus connection is better for me. I would not use this car park again.

Very reasonably price but the place looks a bit shabby, when we got back from our holiday very late at night and very tierd we rang but could not get through for ages and when we did we were told there would be an hour wait to pick us up.

on arrival the service could not have been better, however on return we had to phone and advise that we had arrived which caused a wait at the airport. This meant that at least one customer was left waiting for another bus. I had assumed that as we were asked for return flight details when booking that we would have been met on time by sufficient transport to return all customers to the car park. Not a big moan but signifigant if you have young children and have returned long haul.

park and fly were excellent. we arrived at the depot where everything was handled really well and most of all was very easy for me.a bus was there to take us directly to airport, dropped us off in the right place and everything was just as simple on the return journey. very pleased with the service,price etc and will defo use again :)

It's easy to find(using the sat nav with your postcode). There's plenty of transfers. My car was always spotless everytime I've used park and fly. Park and fly is very good value for money.

It was easy to find, but I discovered if I had booked direct it would have been cheaper..their vans having large signs saying from 17.50 pounds per week on them and I paid much more than that.

Everything was exactly as expected. The deatails on how to find them where easy to follow, our transfers to and from the airport where as they said they would be. Great value for money would definately use this company again, no problems encountered.

When I booked this online, I was a little apprehensive (although all the comments were good) We arrived at the site and after completing the paperwork had to wait about 5 minutes for transfer to the airport, this took less than 10 minutes. we arrived back after our holiday (4.30am) telephoned the company and were told the minibus was on its way. waited 5 minutes again, very impressed, will use this company again whenever we fly from Bristol

Bit of a mix up on return bus transfer but didn't have to wait an excessively long time. Car park itself seemed basic compared to others I've been to but then again it was cheap !! I would probably use it again so can't have been too bad.

Easy to find. Welcomed very efficiently and within 5 mins we were speeding to the airport. My only minor criticism is that our lady driver to the airport drove far to fast. On the return we waited 10 mins or so before collection and the return of our car was once again handled most efficiently. We will certainly use this service again and recommend it to others.

Check in was slow as the receptionist had to fill in a form with details that had been submitted when booking. Pick up from the airport was very slow, it took 40 minutes from the phone call to the minibus arriving in spite of being told it would be 10 to 15 minutes. I won't be using this firm again.

transport to airport and back, car left safetly. mini bus was dirty but for the price we were only in it for a short journey .

main problem with most cheap 'airport' car parks some distance from the terminal is the wait for a transfer, but Park & Fly quite good and didn't keep us waiting until they filled up the minibus. Reasonably prompt collection on return too. Very beaten up old bus but who cares. Easy to park and pick up car. Would have scored better on facilities had toilets not been out of order.
