As it says on the tin, cheap, safe, less than 10 minutes to the airport and all went according to plan.

As above, what can I say but thank you park and fly for looking after our car and transporting us quickly to and from the airport without any fuss and in a friendly manner.

When I arrived in the reception. The receiptionist seem to be not so interested or may be she had a very busy day ????????. I have required if possible please on my return my car is not park too far away ?????? with good reason. On my return to collect my car, the car parked was far away and the instrution no very clear and is not easy to find my car in the down pour rain. Thank one of the young guy was so helpful to help me carried my case and find the car for me. I know sometime we all tired and have a busy day. Friendly and helpful attitude to welcome your guest will be appreciated. Yours sincerely Mrs Farrell

Service was very punctual and on time and my car was ready on my return with out having to wait as with with a lot of other airports. I would thoroughly recomend anyone flying from Bristol to use your selves.

Going was fine but coming back they had 3 planes come in together so we had to wait 20 min for a minibus to pick us up.For me coming from worcester it was better to go to junction 20 and miss all the traffic in bristol.Would use them again and recommend to anyone

Only problem we got a little lost, and after we booked car in the receptionist advised driver to take us on his minibus. He left us standing there, which caused me distress as we were then late for check in airport. Apart from that ok.

This car park is very cheap & not as hard to find as I thought it would be. Unfortunately the lady on reception was not very pleasant, I know at 4am we can't all be smiley happy people, but we are still your customers & it costs nothing to be polite. On return the shuttles were disorganised & it was a free for all, the vans picked up from different areas making queuing impossible.

My flight was cancelled (thanks Easyjet!) so my car had been with Park and Go for approximately 3/4 hours. With a young family having their hopes of a holiday dashed, and with a now quite tired 3 year old in tow, I was shocked at the lack of empathy shown by staff at the car park. After explaining my unfortunate situation, I was hoping for a bit of understanding, and perhaps a percentage of my parking fee refunded. Although the cancelled flight was not of their doing, I would have thought that a gesture such as this would have gone a long way to retaining future custom. I was told that "they had upheld their end of the service by parking our car in a secure space, taking us to the airport, and then picking us up". After a stressful day, I felt that this lack of customer service was shocking. This, together with the chaotic nature of the operation and the overall unfriendly nature of the 'front of house services' means that I will never use this service service again - despite using Bristol Airport for many of my journeys.

On the flight that my party of 4 was on there were 4 parties, a total of 12 people, and we had all phoned within 3 minutes of one another, when we got to the pick up area, there were 4-5 people already waiting, a bus came only an eight seater, when the next bus came 15 minutes later an eight seater again, another couple with a child were waiting again. In total, my party (2 Adults& 2Children) and another party (again 2 Adults 7 2 Children) waited over an hour and a half to be picked up. Also, when the lady from the other party completed to a female memeber of staf, the reply was 'I don't care, why do think it's so cheap'

The driver was ok but the transits were a bit dirty and worn out,on return only 8 spare seats for 12 of us, luckily I got on but others had a further wait. That said the price was very reasonable and I would use again.

When using the service to get to the airport, we were asked by the lady in the office if our baby could travel on our laps, to which we said yes. The driver then questioned this with us. The company should know their policy for transporting young children without involving the customer. On our return to the UK, we had to wait a long time to be collected and other customers were jumping the queue who had not phoned to arrange to be picked up. The drivers could have a list of people who have made contact to prioritise - plus there should be a clear pick up location as people were waiting in different areas and, therefore, not waiting in turn. Other than these points, the service was efficient.

I booked on line. I may have been mistaken or otherwise it was not clear but flight times were not requested when booking. As our return journey flight was not due back until approx. 23.35 I thought it wise to book the car in until the following day as return flights are often delayed anyway. I understood on booking that one needed to reserve the slot for a 24 hour period. When we arrived to collect, our car was not ready and we had to wait 30mins. because we were told it had been wrongly reserved. I think if you checked this out there were also other mixups at this time at this carpark.

This car park was hard to find and was quite far away from the airport. This transfer buses were old and needed up dating.

I will definately use them again for a number of reasons:- cheap, only 10 mins away from the airport, efficient and friendly.

Did exactly what they said. We parked handed keys in, transfer bus was ready waiting for us. Called from the airport, taxi arrived within 10mins, got to car park and our car was next to where we were dropped off. Great value for money will use again

The site is a little run down and is 15 mins south of Bristol Airport. But for the price it is excellent value and I will always use it. They delivered me to the airpot 5 mins after I arrived and collected me 5 mins after I returned. An excellent value service

From our arrival on Week 1 until departure on Week 2 the Staff and Service were excellent

was left at the airport as the driver said there are not enough seats and another bus would arrive shortly. when the second bus arrived we were told again there were not enough seats on the bus and some would have to wait for another bus. not very organised as we were asked when we booked for flight details so they should know how many people they have arriving at the airpot needing transfer!

Easy to find, although a sign at roadside would of been very helpfull. Staff were very friendly and transfers very prompt. Car park was well hidden from the road so felt like my car would be safe and staff 24/7 allowed extra peace of mind. Excellent value for money

We arrived later than planned (and a little bit stressed), but waited less than 2 minutes to depart for Bristol airport. On returning to Bristol airport, I phoned the company and was collected within 8 minutes. The service was 1st class and I will use the company in future.
