The short stay car park is at the airport, which is 8 miles south of Bristol on the A38. When you are near the airport, you will pass School Lane and come to a roundabout where you should take the second exit, following the signs to the airport. When near the terminal, you'll find the Short Stay next to the Premier car park, on your right.
