Late pickup, directions to parking area took us 30 miles out of our way, dirty footprints in my car and the transport to and from the airport were not safe

I have never parked for airport travel before so was a bit weary about it. I must say I was impressed with the price also how smooth the transactions were departing and arriving back home.No problems at all, I will definately use again myself.

Could do with updating minibuses return staff did not help with luggage at airport

oon arrival staff were very helpfull.we had to wait approx 20 mins for transfer.one problem didnt see any couver if it rains.transfer on return were very good already waiting at airport to collect us.

System worked excellantly but dissappointed at the move to Bedminster which for travelling from Devon is less than convenient

When dropping the car the lady in reception was unpleasant and rude, no customer service skills at all. Wheb coming back after our holiday, we phone the number as advised but never got through. After 45mn wait a van finally arrived but could only pick up half the people waiting. Back at car park, I got told off by the lady at reception for not calling them before pick up!!! Extremely rude.. I couldn't believe it. Although the car park was cheap, having to deal with these people was a very unpleasant experience. Would not recommend.

Used Silver Parking for my last trips but getting very expensive - Park & Fly service and particularly the price have proved to be most competitive and I will certainly use the service in the future and also advise my friends and collegues of the excellent facility.

very well organised. once we arrived there, staff and drivers very polite and helpful, picked up from airport without problems keys for car ready also were the car was parked was well displayed. big thankyou

The facilities (namely toilets) on site could improve. Otherwise very good experience, will use again.

Reasonable value for money but transfers were slow with little urgency demonstrated to get customers to the terminal as quickly as possible. Minibus accommodates max of 8 passengers and this could be a problem if two full cars arrived at the same time. 15 minutes wait until next shuttle.
