we missed the Ship & Castle as we came from the M4 j21 and went on for many miles before turning back. Maybe if you included the village of Congresbury after the Ship and Castle in your instructions someone else will avoid our error. At least you will know exactly where to go next time. Thankyou

Staff were very courteous & friendly. Transfers very quick. Very well organised. Will definately use again & recommend.

Perhaps bigger mini buses or keep track of whose called to be seated in each bus.

We found this was the cheepest fly carpark. At first we were afraid about the service but our experience is very good. The staff was friendly and punctuel. We reccommend this company for everybody.

No problems at check-in. Bus to airport was prompt. Coming back bus turned up quickly. Car was waiting where the company said it would be!

I was totally impressed with the service and would highly recommend to anyone. We didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes for the transfer minibus either way. Drive to the airport is about 10 minutes. will definitely use again.

The only complaint is that there is not sign on the road and we shot past the entrance, but I believe that is because the Council won't agree to a sign.

sat nav got me there no problem a bus left immediately to the airport, on return journey waited about five minutes and brought back to the carpark. would use them again.

The return driver on our trip(the flower man) was a delight. Very helpful and informative. Could not do enough for us. A request please. Signposting out of the site needs to be improved particularly if you are parked on the far corners of the site. Best wishes, Michael Riley

great parking and easy to find , very helpful staff and so efficient, a pleasure to use.

Read other reviews that slated the "mushroom farm" with regard to smells. The price was the best so I booked and expected the worst, after all it's only car parking. For the money there is really nothing to complain about.

Easy to find and good value for money - a lot cheaper than other car parking companies!

I arrived in the dark and rain - I couldn't see out of the window of the coach, which made me feel claustrophobic. We couldn't leave straightaway because the front passenger door wouldn't shut. When I arrived back at Bristol, I waited 40 minutes. After 30, I phoned the mobile number given. There was no answer and I couldn't leave a message because it was full!
