The staff were really unfriendly and unhelpful. We were left in the bus waiting for others to turn up without anyone telling what was going on for 20 minutes. THe worst thing was that I hit the underside of my car and there were no signs saying there was anything to watch out for. It was cheap though and the transfers were on time (ish!)

on-line directions not brilliant - you need to say it's the same turning as the mushroon farm! i missed it first time & had to travel on & turn around. not much waiting time for transfers - will use again.

We arrived at the car park late for our flight and very flustered.The staff immediately calmed us and processed our parking efficiently. Transfers were great and on return were there within two minutes of us arriving for pick up. Well done, a great service which I would not hesitate to use again.

Quick and easy to check in. Prompt pick upi service from the airport. Excellent value for money with friendly and helpful staff.

Very easy and prompt transfer service. Arrival and departure well organised.

The service was good, they were expecting us and had everything ready. The transfer to the airport was quick and easy. I phoned as we collected our bags, we had to wait just a few minutes for the transfer back. The only thing that was not quite as good as I would expect was that we had to go and collect our car, it was not by reception. Having said this it is not that far. Overall, a great experience and we will certainly use it again.

Very efficient staff on arrival. Coaches a bit tired but OK. When we called for transport back to the car on our return it arrived about 15 minutes later. Unfortunately several other families had also ordered transport and there was not enough room for all our party so some had to wait until a second coach arrived. It would have been better if the seats had been allocated by group to prevent this happening.

On the whole this was value for money. However there were a few things that needed improving to make the experience A1. The receptionist needed better training. I arrived after a long hot drive but was only greeted with a gabble of words and was not once looked at directly. Courteous human contact makes a big difference and if super market check out staff can provide it successfully then so can other enterprises, however busy. Secondly, it was not clear that the mushroom farm was airport parking until one had turned into the drive. Thirdly my seat belt did not work (frayed I think, & I changed seat). Everything else was great. Thank you

Dear Sirs, Bristol Airport makes it very hard for private car park operaters, and passengers alike, and a long rough surface walk to pull cases on to get to the terminal with no trolleys, on return,one of the exit gates would not work (open), but WCP driver coped well. Bristol Airport is no better than a cattle loading station, I think many times before using this so called airport, thank you for a good private car park operater.

The service was ok. I was a little disappointed with the collection from the airport. I was with my young daughter and some customers just walked onto the bus as others were putting their cases on board. Also daughter and I had to sit in the front of the bus and I feel that was wrong as she is only 10yrs old.

Had trouble finding the car park as I was looking for it on the otherside of the A38.(from the airport coming from the M4) Once found the details of the car reg could have been taken more efficiently. Security looked good , masquerading as a mushroom farm!Compared to similar airport park and rides elswhere, this was a low budget operation, the mini buses looked worn out, as did the car park and portacabin and driver, but they delivered the passengers to the airport in 10 mins - so can`t complain!

Everything you could expect from a budget car parking organisation. The place was about 15 minutes from the airport, but drop offs and collections were frequent and handled efficiently. I will certainly be using ParkAnFly again.

When the occasion occurs we will definately use you. Staff were all helpful and friendly. The only downside toilets were not available.

Our experience wasn't bad, the only major criticism is that the surface of the carpark is appalling, and I knocked my wheel out of alignment! We got what we expected.

The reception staff friendly on arrival,transfer to airport very good.On return one phone call to the reception and the transport arrived promptly.Have used this parking facility before, and certainly would use again.

On arrival the two ladies that greeted us at the car park were very freindly and helpful.Then the transfer driver came along and everything changed.No greeting,no conversation.All the way to the airport.Nothing.On the return journey my son enquired wether we would have the same driver for the return journey? I said that i wouldnt know.Guess what,the same driver arrived to take us back.A mini bus full of people and not a word left his lips,even when he was being spoken to by a fellow employee.Unbeleivable! Apart from that drivers attitude,no complaints.

The service provided everything required - getting us to the airport safely and on time.

There was no waiting around, and the car was ready and waiting when we arrived.

very happy with the service, just a couple of notes, could do with a sign at the enterance on the main road, also if possible could you not have the cars ready by the office for your customers in stead of walking in the car paek looking for our car?. But other wise very happy with the service & price.
