Made the start of our holiday that much easier, very good service will use again for our next holiday.

when we booked in, the receptionist could have been less abrupt but on return were very friendly and accomodating

Parkanfly DO NOT have a ROAD SIGN, so we went up and down the road quite a few times before finally enquiring in the garage for the exact location. We were not the only ones to experience this as others we spoke with said they were the same. This stress you do not want at 5.30 in the morning. As we were late finding the garage, we were late getting to the airport because the minibus waited for others due at that later time. Hense we were quite stressed and very rushed when finally arriving at the airport. The minibus was abit "old n tired" and the interior light came on when the driver pressed the foot brake. But we had no issues when we had the car back.

The service was quick on arrival and the staff helpful. Although I landed at 0100, I call both landline and mobile numbers and neither answered for 5 minutes, leaving me in the cold waiting longer for collection. My car was moved to near the office so no walk in the dark to collect it.

The service was very fast and friendly on the way out, even at 4am when i arrived! (very impressed they were all so nice at that time of the morning!) It was all let down a bit by the bus driver on the way back, he was grumpy and we thought he hit something on the way out, and again later on! (looked as though he was having a bad day! Not really the passengers fault tho, last thing you want after being delayed for over 24 hours!)

The most friendly, reasonably priced, customer focused airport parking for Bristol. Used it twice already this year and will use it again any time when flying from Bristol. Highly recommended.

This was our second time using parknfly. The transfer to the airport took a lot longer this time. Last time, we were at the airport in 10 minutes, this time it took 20. This unfortunate delay was tempered when we were stranded abroad an extra day and they only charged us an additional 3 pounds upon return. We will use this lot again for their competitive prices.

Entrance is not well signposted if you don't know it's at the mushroom farm. Otherwise a simple, quick and economical parking option- recommende.

if i had not read reviews prior to using parkanfly where someone mentioned turning into mushroom farm dont think i would of found it easily as it is not sign posted from road

Poorly signed entrance, met a couple of others struggling to find the entrance which is tucked inside a Mushroom Farm. Effective and simple procedure, tatty old minibus left site within 10 mins.On return, wait was 15 mins for collection, again in tatty vehicle. Vehicle ready and took 1 min to collect and leave site. You get what you pay for.

I had no trouble finding the site booked the car in within 5 minutes and was at the airport 15 mins later. Similar experience on return 10 min wait for the minibus then back to the car park on my way home 15 mins after leaving the airport. Excellent service at a great price

First class service, everything so simple and easy, spot on for Airport transfers, will be using this service again and will recommend to all my family and friends, 10/10.... :0)

The staff were friendly when we arrived and only had to wait 5 minutes for a transfer. It was a little further than i thought from the airport but for what you pay its very reasonable and would definately use again.

A small outfit offering value for money no frills service. Service was almost instantaneous for departure journey and response on arrival was prompt given their distance from the airport.

The staff were helpful, the transportation prompt, I would definately use this company again. I chose them because they were the cheapest quote, but they really did come up trumps, I had a great transfer to and from the airport. highly recommended.

sign posting is not that easy to follow could be much better but the service from then on is brilliant

This was the cheapest and yes it was a little way from the airport but it really doesn't matter. The staff were great the transfer took around 20 mins to arrive but my car was undamaged had plenty of room and I would recomend it to you all. The transfer transits could do with a tidy, but it is cheap and cheerful. Thanks lads and lasses.

easy to find once you know you have to go into the mushroom farm, lovely people and very efficient. i would recomend and certainly use them in future.if you have travelled a long way be aware there are no toilet facilities but after 12 minutes we werre at the airport.

Will recomend good value had to wait 45 minuets for return transfer as first bus was full but still worth the saving we made
