Quick, efficient but basic all you need for an airport car park, easy to access from motorway and very convenient from the South West.

The car park is hidden, there are no clear signs to indicate where it's location is. I waited for 2 hours for the transfer bus due to heavy traffic and the name of the bus being different to the name on my sheet of paper - people at customer service were very unhelpful. Both drivers were very friendly though and very apologetic.

Good value for money,not far from the airport. Even tho we didn't get out if immigration untill 1.30 in the morning we were picked up within 10 minutes of phoning.

Prompt transfers to & from the airport but the car seat provided for my 1yr old wouldn't adjust & therefore couldn't be fastened (was very grubby looking too). Also upon our return to the car park around two in the morning, the person on reception was quite rude to my husband & my parents car wouldn't start as the battery was dead. We weren't given any assistance to help get us on our way or an explanation as to how it was flat.

The park is not signposted at all and very hard to find! You feel as if you are acutally driving into the Mushroom Farm before you see the car park. It is very cheap and for the price it is okay. The transfer driver to the airport dorve like a maniac, and we felt very "bounced around" on the way there. THe one on the way back was much much better and felt safer and smoother. When I returned to the car park, the lady on the desk was quite abrupt. First of all she told me I had not phoned from the airport, when I had, and then she told me that I was supposed to return the day before, when I definitely booked it for the correct return day. I told her that it was the correct day, and she just shrugged and said "well, you are wrong because I checked you in and I wouldn;t have made a mistake, but I am not going to argue" which I thought was a bit rude. All in all though, the car was undamaged and the process ran smoothly.

Reception caravan rather primative but staff very pleasant. No way of knowing if security is good as there are no barriers allowing entrance and exits. Whole place needs more professional approach. But overall good value for money.

they had my booking, no prob with transfers, thought vans old, they picked me up on time and gad my car ready ie all as promised

A very efficient service, 24 hrs every day, and excellent value for money!

Having used this facility before we were familiar with the location and booking procedure so no problems. There was a delay to the airport due to other customers dithering not the organisation however, consideraion to earlier arrivals should remove anxiety if the service departs on a less flexible basis so those causing delay do not impact on other organised users. The return was ash cloud instigated and could not be helped by the airport authorities anymore than the pick up personnel. There is no reason I would not use this facility again.

Whilst in the area of the car park a few weeks ago, we decided to try and find it. Using the directions you had supplied, we drove past the entrance two or three times before we realized where it was. It would be very useful if there was a sign pointing to the entrance on the main road. Two ladies from Wales on our transfer bus also had difficulty locating the car park. Apart from the above, everything was fine and we would not hesitate to use this facility again.

My daughter booked the parking for us as we were taking her daughter away with us. At first I was suspicious that it was going to be a nightmare because of the low cost but I was very wrong. We arrived at the car park and within 10 mins we had left our car and was on the bus on the way to the airport, and on arriving back in the uk in the early hours rang parkandfly and was told they would be there in 10 mins (they actually arrived in 5). I would certainly use them again and will also be recommending them to family and friends.

I was very pleased with this value for money service, would reccommend and certainly use them again. We arrived late at night and were collected promptly and the handover of keys was very swift. Thank you to all concerned!

Sat Nav took me straight there and staff were helpful and friendly, took us imediately to the Airport and gave clear info for our return. On the return they were waiting at the collection point there for us, even though we were supposed to ring for collection :D great. I will use this service again and we were very happy and helped start and end the holiday smooothly Thanks

easy to find with their directions no hazzle in booking in transfers to and from airport on time no problems would recommend.

fast friendly, value for money couldnt fault any thing at all.im flying again in june and i will be booking with park and fly without any hesitation as i now know what to expect.they do the job and they do it very well,simple as that.

Excellent! The staff were very friendly and happy to help. Even happy to go the extra mile. Our flight was delayed by 12 hours, we rang the number and were collected from the airport and taken back to our car so we could spend the day in Bristol shopping while we waited. They gave us directions to the best shops and helped us find out via the internet when our flight was leaving. On our return the car was parked in an accessible position and ready for us to drive away.
