Unfortunately on our way back there were about 20 people waiting for bus to pick up, because of that we had to wait about an hour for transfer from an airport to the car park. I have to say, when we used that car park before everything was ok.

we arrived dealt with straight away then were off in the coach when we got back after phoning about 10-15 mins and they were there. very pleased would use again

From the south this is a very easy carpark to find. Very good value for money. Although further from the airport than many other carparks, it didn't take long to transfer so all in all fine, just make sure you give yourself enough time.

The service is ideal for us as we are able to avoid Bristol traffic by leaving the M5 at Exit 21.

Great value for money, and peace of mind knowing your car is safe while you are away. We have used this car park firm for 3 years now and are more than happy with the service.

No frills service that does what it says, car was fine transfers basic but were punctual no problems and would use again.

Customers ranting & raving waiting for mini-buses!! Some couple..... the driver was going to drive off with her husband & children on board......... the driver forgien & very rude!! We had a longer wait..... will pay abit more next time .... not to use this company!

Found car park easily enough. Price was good. Timing was fine. Drivers could have been more communicative and helpful. Minibus was scruffy (dirty and had graffiti inside)

Very satisfied with the service. If the transfer vehicles were larger they would have better coped with a large number of passengers arriving at the airport and wanting transport at the same time.

Car park was easy to find, staff friendly and efficient, transfers quick. Very reasonable rates, would recommend to friends and we will certainly use it again if we travel from Bristol airport. Many thanks.

Really impressed, really friendly staff. Transfers were there waiting to take us to airport and waiting to take us back when we landed. Will definitely use again.

Cannot fault nthe service or facilities. Always expected a small delay being so far from the airport but in reality I was impressed with the service I receives.

Everything was fine except we were booked on a certain coach on the reuturn journey but were not allowed to board as it was already full the driver was picking up passengers in a random manner not as they were booked

quick transfer and very efficient staff. The car park was not easy to find but I did find it

transfer service is a good value for money compared to other parkings at Bristol airport. Not signposted very well, hard to find at night. No sign on the road, have to drive in the countryside, very hard when nothing points to it. Finally found the mushroom farm sign and ended up there, again no signs for car park. People at mushroom farm had to direct us.

Searched the internet , this was by far the cheapest parking you can get for bristol airport.Airport just 5-10 mins away.

we checked in.within 2minutes we were offto the airport which was very good. on return we only had 10minutes to wait for pickup very good.... but the bus was poor we could only enter from the rear door beause the side door was not working...the seating was in poor condition very scruffy . apart from this no other complaints AA iles

Difficult to find the car park in the dark as the signs are not obvious and not illuminated but once found the directions inside were easy. The transfer to the airport was quick and efficient but coming back was a half hour delay and a little annoying as it was nearly 1am in the morning and we were all tired and wanted to get back home as soon as possible. No explanations were offered from the drivers - only that we should wait for the next bus having been told that twice previously.
