I have used this parking facilities for three times already and i was very happy with it. On this last time, my car's front bumper certainly won't miss this car park. Apart from that, it's good value for money

Staff at reception friendly and helpful. Prompt departure for airport. On return we had a 15 minute wait for transport back to the car. We were told about this when we checked in by telephone so it was no problem at all. Our driver was delightful, helpful and chatty.

for me it was on the wrong side of the airport,because i come for wales, it add 40 minites on my travels 20 there 20 back ,ok we saved £13,was it worth it!,and if i did not have a satnev i whould have had problems to find it .

This was my first time using this car parking for Bristol Airport - found the site without much issue - just ensure you keep going along the lane until you turn a corner and see the 40 mph sign on the left, and then almost immediately turn left - just keep eyes peeled for Mushroom Farm sign. Transfer was very quick - about ten minutes max. Rang from airport on return - minibus with us within ten minutes - no hassle. Car ready - close by. Will use again. Thank you.

the lack of a sign on the road is a major problem. i now know that it's at the mushroom farm and i know it says so on the email. but at 6.00am after a long drive it's easy to miss the site when you're looking for a park and drive sign.

After driving around for a while to find the actual car park, we were greeted by friendly staff (considering it was 5am!). Fortunately there was an almost full minibus ready for a trip to the airport so we jumped straight on and left within 5 mins. On the return we called and waited approx 20mins for the bus to collect us. All in all a pleasant, no frills experience and I would use the company again.

I've used park and ride many times, easy to find, courtesy service, superb service

Facilities consist of a reception portakabin and a toilet portakabin, transfer is in the back of a transit van (not a minibus) and you have to go and fetch your own car from where they have parked it, in the rain in this instance.

this was so easy and a good price aswll. the shuttle bus was there straight away...no probs at all...will def use again.

Our experience was not typical, in that our suitcase was left standing at the airport pick-up point at the end of our holiday. Don't know who was to blame, but Park And Fly staff could not have been more helpful. A quick phone call was made to the driver of the next minibus and our suitcase duly arrived back at the park without much time being lost. Felt very well served by the quick-thinking of the staff.

Poorly lit entrance which I nearly missed at 4.00am. Otherwise no complaints at all

This is an excellent calue for money option if you don't mind the extra time involved in getting to and from the carpark. I'd use them again.

We have used the service several times now, and it has been really excellent - we have never had to wait long either to go to the airport or to return from it, and I usually have a nice chat with the drivers who are very friendly.

Friendly, polite service. Bus ready and waiting to take us to the airport at 430 am and just 20 mins wait for pick up when we got bacnk. Great price. Would definitely use them again!

Booking process quick and easy. Half the price of other car parks at bristol. Easy to find with the directions given, on arrival forms filled in, keys taken and instructions given for return, all done in 5 mins. Comfortable drive to the airport with a Bristol Gentleman who was very friendly and chatty. On return we phoned the number given and were told a minibus was on it's way, by the time we got to the pick up point, there were 2 minibuses there so we hopped straight in. NO WAIT !! Back at the compound we were told our car was to the right and there it was........We are going away again in 3 weeks time and will definately use this car park again !!! Thankyou !

On arrival, check in smooth. Coach seen better days but got us there. cars were crammed in, area seemed quite open. Don't know what security in place?? possibly better than what I saw. On return, telephoned the number given three times, no reply... message left on a mobile voicemail. Once outside, stood in a cue with others, where it was then a free for all as one buss arrived for too many passengers. Staff were rude, abrupt.... kept saying other bus on way. We waited another 20 minutes for a further bus to arrive and again not be able to take the people waiting. A staff member who delivered a car to the airport even jumped in the back and was sitting on our cases! Total chaos, being as they know how many customers are landing. they should use the other bus that was parked up! Never again... pay the extra on airport parking and get home 30 minutes faster!!!

I was apprehensive about it not being on site and was a few minutes from the airport but it was so hassel free it was untrue. We were taken to the airport as soon as we arived at the car park. On our way back we had lost the number to call, we saw the van in the pick up point and got on straight away after showing our ID. Would definately book again
